Great car wash. It did a decent job on my truck. It just left a little bit on the back window and tailgate. I asked them to run it through again, and the 2nd time, I got the talilgate and back window clean. I'd give it an 8 out of 10. Vacuums worked well and the mat washing station is great, although it seemed to be running out of soap on the day of my visit.

My daughter and I were heading home to Erie, Pa from an early morning appointment at The Cleveland Clinic. We had run over a large piece of metal, and the tire pressure dropped quickly. We made it to Sheetz, just down the road from the Rainforest Car Wash. A Rainforest Car Wash employee came over and asked if we needed help (YES!) He ran home for tools and a jack and had our spare on in just over 30 minutes! I had called a towing service and was on hold when he had offered. I cannot thank this person enough! Truly. He could’ve easily carried on with his day, but he chose to help. There are good people in this world!

I always get a great wash at Rainforest Car Wash. Their vacuums are tremendous and the air gun is an amazing touch as well.Today the gentleman at the wash went out of his way to ensure the bugs came off of my bumper. It is always a great experience, but this was over the top customer service.I had a membership for a few years with a very “classic” style car wash. The quality of the wash and the service doesn’t come close to that of Rainforest Car Wash.

Pleasant experience. Did a decent job cleaning for an automatic carwash. Missed the sports near my mirrors and back window. My SUV has a slight overhang in the back that makes cleaning it a pill.

5-12-2023I'm new to the area. Thought I would try this place.. I bought the $10 wash plus the $2 tire shine. The young guy at the beginning gave my 2 dogs- biscuits which was a nice gesture.Went home and gave the Renegade a once around. I noticed the tires and rims were not touched. It's only 2 dollars, but the tires and rims look good when they are shined up. The gentleman at the end of the wash seems to have turned it off. Was a little disappointed that I paid 17.00$ for a Car wash and it Doesn't include the Dryer, my car was so wet I used 2 towels for dryingThat's all, have a great day
