Better off going to chase down the road… this place never has bank tellers… went 3x n couldn’t open a bank account the last time I went it wasn’t even up yet even tho it was pass opening time … saw chase down the road n had an account open in 20 mins! Don’t waste ur time here

Not one to write reviews, but PNC bank is genuinely the worst bank I have ever experienced in my life. Absolute joke of a bank. Avoid PNC by any means, horrible staff and horrible business. No benefit to banking with them

Forcing me to not come into the bank or I'll have to pay monthly fees to use my bank account. Switching banks asap. Sucks because I love the virtual wallet and have had them as a bank sincere it switched from national city.

I was harassed by the manger because i wanted to cash a check from their customer. The total experience was terrible, The teller was rude to me and said she had to talk to the manger. The reason was they didn't have the money in the bank. The manger approached in a aggressive manner and had a attitude, he then proceed to follow me out of the bank and wanted to fight me because i expressed my opinions about the bank. I will formally send a complaint to PNC about my experience. Don't walk in and do business here because you may have to fight the manage.

I came to this bank with many expectation...only to find more than I bargained for.they are professional,courteous, and we'll....like family. I will never leave this bank
