My mom moved in around 7yrs ago and has not complained since! The staff is amazing, food is great and activities in abundance! Even through tough times, Candy and Chuck have been phenomenal! We appreciate everything about Parker Place!

Simply put... Great place for our grandma! She's barely in her room, she enjoys the activities and games offered. Haven't met a rude person yet! Lol please consider Parker Place for your loved ones.... It's worth it!

We could not be happier with my father-in-laws transition with moving into his apartment 2 months ago. He loves it and we love it. Chuck and Candy have been so sweet and accommodating to his needs. We have seen such a tremendous change in dad’s mental and physical health since he moved in. Socializing was the key. He always says everyone, including staff and residents are so friendly. I definitely give Parker Place 5 stars.

Mangers Chuck & Candy (LaCombe) made my father’s transition into Parker Place seamless and easy. They were very attentive to his needs and happily accommodated his specific living preferences. They support the needs of Parker Place residents very well.

I lived here in both a studio and 1-BR, and PP served my temp needs very well for 2021 and ‘22. Very nice neighbors and cooperative mgt. Liked the amenities, particularly the library. Wish there was an option to live at Parker and not buy meals. After I moved in, my Docs switched me to a strict cardiac, nephrological and neurological food plan, so I had to bypass the good Parker food and prepare my own. That meant I paid for food in the dining room when I couldn’t eat it. I stayed because everything else was perfect for me. Great place for independent living. Perfect if you could opt out of their meals.

My husband and I have lived at Parker Place for almost a year! We have met so many residents who are now family to us. The managers are so caring and always ready to help in any way they can. Housekeeping staff are awesome and it’s so nice to have your apartment cleaned. And, our food is perfection! So thankful for all the kitchen staff! There are so many activities available and it’s a chance to get to know the residents. Also, transportation is offered for special outings and shopping. I highly recommend Parker Place! We love our apartment — it is home. Why not enjoy all that Parker Place has to offer?

My mother has been a resident at Parker Place for many years and we could not be happier with the care, freedom, and facilities. Visitors are very welcome. I shared a facility concern with a staff member and it was handled immediately. Chuck and Candy (managers) were friendly and professional, busily making sure everything was running smoothly at all times.

My grandmother has lived at Parker Place since March 2023 and really likes it there. There are daily activities, a shuttle bus to take residents out for errands and appointments, and refreshments available around the clock. Meals, all utilities, and weekly housekeeping are included in the reasonable monthly rent. The apartments are spacious and include either a patio or balcony, kitchenette, and walk-in shower. There are also pull chords in every room that automatically contact the staff in case of a fall or emergency. The best part of this independent living facility is the caring staff. The managers live on-site and get to know the residents right away, often checking in to make sure they’re ok. The building is always clean and is conveniently located near highways and shopping. A bonus is the Cleveland Clinic Mentor Hospital opening in just a few weeks. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly, caring place for their senior relatives!

We had a wonderful time visiting on Memorial Day with my Aunt & Uncle who live at Park Place. We had a table for eight for dinner and enjoyed their grilling for the holiday of hamburgers, brats, or hot dogs. It was such a coordinated effort by the staff and a fun time. The food was great.

My parents have lived at Parker Place for 6 months and I only wish they could have found this great place and wonderful people sooner. The apartment is spacious and comfortable; the staff is kind, friendly, and supportive; and the food is delicious. They have great activities that keep my parents active and making great personal connections.

My grandparents moved into Parker Place in December. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I love visiting and I am so glad my grandparents are close and living somewhere they are happy!
