Second time I have tried to shop here for jeans this month. I made sure to check the hours before I went there.. Gate at entrance was pulled to half closed at 3:55 , walked in and was told “ we are closing in 5 minutes for one hour break..There were three employees standing at the register.. The store closes at 6 on Sunday.. This is confusing to me they close for an hour , reopen for one hour and close for the day? Hopefully it can be posted to the store hours.. That was my second and last attempt.. ?

Very poor customer service. Was not greeted & did not feel welcomed. Once I went to check out they employee was very passive aggressive and rude.

Was rudely told by employee that they were ALL going on break in 5 minutes. This was at 4:00 and the location closed at 6. Went back at 4:30 and sign said "On Break Until 5:30." Since when do ALL employees go on break for 90 minutes? ? Daughter was upset she couldn't make a purchase.

Picture being at the mall at 6:10pm, three days before Christmas. You try to walk in to Pac Sun, likely to spend way too much on a pair of shoes for your kid. The employee meets you at the entrance to tell you that you cannot come in because “we are about to go on break.” As in, all of the employees are going on break. All at once. Three hours before closing. I guess it really IS hard to find good help.

Very poor customer service. I was there with my son on Saturday and overheard one of the workers talking very poorly and judging the way the customer looked not professional at all. I think he’s new because I have never seen him working before, he was a young black male very disrespectful. This place is getting worse and worse every time.

Overpriced clothing with nearly no unique designs or anything worth taking a second glance at. Not even that they don't fit my style but I went with a group of friends and we all have different styles and yet, we couldn't find anything remotely interesting.The employees are rude and disinterested in anything except talking to each other. I went there in the middle of the day.No wonder no one goes in there. Should be bought out by something better. Waste of space in the mall.

Everytime I have shopped at this store I have felt judged by the employees. They never greet you and never have positive attitudes. I would much rather go to Beechwood than shop at this local location. Also the inventory is always low with limited sizes.

Customer service was uncalled for!!! I took my daughter in to purchase tee-shirts.. there were two employees on sales floor one male one female and neither one greeted us or even gave us their attention the young lady at the register left the sales floor and did not return until we were walking out so after standing at the register for about 2 minutes I asked the young man if he could ring us up he said ok and the whole time he didn’t say a word.. he was texting on his phone..we both noticed the rudeness of your store employee to the point I called corporate..with everything that’s going on in society you should be glad to service your buying customers.. and your employees should be trained to do just that..never ever experience this kind of service before !!! The ONE STAR I GAVE MY EXPERIENCE IS ONE TOOO MANY

Very rude and poorly trained staff, even for a mall retail store. They are usually ignorant of anyone going in and rarely offer help. Thankfully most of the products are outdated so I have no reason to shop there anymore.
