I used to own a 24 karat gold chain my mother bought for me when I was born. It snapped by the clasp. As a birthday present she took it in for repairs. When she gave it to me tonight I immediately knew she got ripped off, the clasp was not the same, the chain was considerably lighter, and it was obvious to someone who has worn it every day for 21 years that it is not the chain my mother took in.

We looked for good reviews and decided to go to Ocean Blue at the mall. Very glad we did. All we needed was to change a watch band that we carried in with us to the store. The kind gentleman did that in less than 5 minutes at a very reasonable price. It turned out perfectly! Great place!

I had another place break a watch just trying to replace a battery, so I was worried finding somewhere legit. After reading reviews, I came here and I'm so happy I did. They know what they're doing.
