I recently visited the Mentor location for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was quick and Jim and Joe provided info with the current visit and recommendations for what will be required for my car in the near future. Very pleased with the service.

Customer service here is always excellent! Even better that they have interest free financing plans so if you weren’t planning for new tires, better to spread out the cost!
