Had my nails done at another salon on 12/24 the nails popped off less than 12 hrs later it was horrid.Came here on 12/26 they did manicure no issues then I came back w my bestie 1/2 and she had a Mani and I had a pedicure.Fast and efficient service.i recommended 100 percent and will be using them next time I'm in town again.

Very rushed experience. Did not listen to me when I asked her to re shape my nails because they were all uneven. It looks as if I painted these myself when I paid for dip. The color on the sample nail was not even remotely close to the color that went onto my nail. Seemed irritated when I asked her to fix the shape when she was not giving me what I had asked for since the beginning and cut them way too short. Overly priced for the poor service I was given. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

Everyone there is very nice and they do a great job on my acrylics and pedicures every time. Very clean as well!

Got a dip manicure last Wednesday and all of my top coat pealed off the next day.Two of my nails are chipped in half. The lady who did my nails did not put a base dip on which is why I think they cracked. Will not be back.

Aren't pedicures supposed to be relaxing? Yes... well not today. The nail tech who was working on my feet decided to use the nail buffer on the top of my feet to the point where it took skin off and Is still burning and stinging hours later. This has never happened. Not to mention, I wasn't asked what type of pedicure I wanted and was rushed so fast, I was in and out in 30 minutes with about a 10 minute wait time. To top it all off, the cuticle tool and file that were used on my feet weren't disinfected or thrown away, just got put back into the drawer. Disgusting. I will never go back to this nail salon.

I used to love this salon, but the last couple of times I've had awful service. Everybody's in such a hurry and they are sloppy. The technicians are rude. I will not be back

Worst experience of my life in a nail salon! They had me soak the thin layer of gel off my nails for nearly an hour (4 nails), ruining my nail beds and skin all around! I was literally bleeding and in tears as I left the salon telling them that there is no acrylic left on my fingers and I don’t know why they are continuing to have me soak my natural nails. They had me wait for 1.5 hours, then soak nails in acetone for an hour while waiting on other clients, and then one of the owners Lily said they are busy now and told me to come back in another 1.5 hours if I want my nails done. (2.5 hours wasted, nails destroyed) I left with destroyed nails and skin all around because I wasn’t going to wait to have them tell me, we are now closed, we cannot do anything. This is the kind of people they are. Stay clear of this place.
