I brought a door in to be matched and it was done in a timely manner but after painting and putting hinges on it did not fit into the frame. The customer service was great and they made a second door free of charge off of the original door. Again after painting and trying to hang the door the hinges did not fit and the top was rubbing. I am now out $160 and do not have a door. The 2 stars are for the good customer service.

My project was to remove all baseboards and casings in my house and replace them with new baseboards and casings stained to my chosen color. In addition, all of my registers and heating vents were removed and spray painted. The interior of my house now looks new. The contractors used were competent, friendly, and professional. The work was done quickly and the job site cleaned up after each day. Chris and Marlene from Mentor Installed Services did a great job managing the project.
