Nate, Dee and Staff are absolutely fantastic! Ran into some hiccups with my wife’s 2024 Kia carnival and they were so very sincere in wanting to make sure our needs were met and the vehicle was back on the road. Most recently we discovered we had a defective battery and in less than 24 hours of having it towed to the service center my wife’s van is already sitting back in our driveway. I’d give 6 stars if I could. So very happy with our decision to work with Ken Ganley Kia. Thanks again!

For some reason I keep getting appointments scheduled for service in my car that I didn’t make. Can’t talk to a manager. They put an email in to the service manager. I got no reply from the manager and they are still scheduling appointments for my car. Not happy!!!

Just purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. My salesman was Marques Moore who was pretty awesome. I dealt with a few others throughout this experience as there were some bumps in the road.
