Welp.i took my phone in because I cracked the screen..and couldn't get my stored phone # out no apps and they fixed the screen in one day not even and now I have my numbers again..and texts...pictures..if I did this first I wouldn't of gotten a new phone..darn..

Highly highly recommended! My son's iPhone was shattered, by the grace of God it still worked. He could only afford to get the front screen fixed for now- they did an AMAZING job. We will be back to get the back fixed- he has an Otter Box to hold it together in the meantime (highly recommend those too). If you need an iPhone fixed, this is definitely the place to go!!

Had came in back in December due to some water damage my charge port on my iphone 13 had taken on. With some additional cracks on the back and front I was quoted $850 to repair my phone, with that I was recommended to just purchase a new phone, due to convenience I went against my gut and purchased a refurbished/used phone on the spot here at mentor iphone repair (they even gave me a free wireless charger, great service right??). Well here I am 5 months later with an iphone 14 pro max with no cracks, full protection (case and screen protector), and it had fallen about 5ft off my desk at work and now the screen flashes black and has black lines that go through it. Was recommended by Mentor iphone repair to come back in and get it repaired assuring me that it would come with a price. AWESOME SALES WORK OVER THERE GUYS! Service not so much..

Great experience here! I cracked the back glass of my iPhone 14 Pro along with one of the camera lens covers. Matt and his team were awesome and got it fixed overnight and helped accommodate my schedule. Very professional and phone looks perfect. All for less than $200. Will definitely be back if I need any repairs in the future.

They fixed my screen and the back but the back is like plastic and it broke already and the caller can’t hear me now. Not sure if it has to do with them fixing it or not but just fyi
