This place is not horrible but isn't luxurious eather. The clowns that do maintance or owners do not do any proper maintenance to it. But in an emergency it's a place to stay. The lady checking me in was pleasant & doing the best she can with training given to her. They did over charge me approximately $40. From $60. To $102. But I needed a place so it wasn't as much as comfort in tryed to over charge $90. But comfort inn was to stupid to figure out how to run my card. They are run by foreigners which is a major issue in this country.

This dump deserves NO stars. Front desk was abrupt and uncaring. No face cloths. Bathroom door almost off the hinges. No temperature control on the heater, full heat or no heat. Floor joists are all rotted, if you're sitting on the toilet and someone walks near the bathroom the whole toilet leans. Price was jacked up to a ridiculous price due to the eclipse even though our stay ended the day before.

The room was reletively clean, but not that new looking, especially the comforter and the furniture. Lady at the front desk was great and very reasonable, and overall the room quality was super reasonable for the low price.

Great stay for the value. The employees are all very helpful. The amenities are comparable to the price. I have never had any problems staying.

worst place i have ever stayed at dont waste your money the suburban is the same price and nicer .. mentor home inn and suites has lice animal lice bed bugs ,roaches,bed worm its disgusting the place is a joke and they steal people's secrity deposits they take a 100 deposit like its an apartment and dont give them back it super gross .

My husband and I stayed here on 7/29/2023. In the AM of 7/30/2023 at 2:11 am the hotel double booked our room and that guest had a key and proceeded to open our door. I had a heavy chair in front of the door and when that slid on the floor the noise woke us up. There was no chain on the door and the deadbolt did not work. My husband immediately went to the office and Wendy stated that the room we were sleeping in showed it was available. My husband had his receipt in his hand. The front desk did not care. I have been trying to call the hotel to speak with the manager, named Rich and the phone just rings. No one answers. I have filed complaints with the Cleveland BBB and the Hotel & Lodging Association for Ohio. I tried to reach the hotel through their email and no answer. This place should not be in business and should be avoided at all cost. We paid $102.57 to have the crap scared out of us. I wish there was a zero rating.

Don't stay here. We booked weeks before through a 3rd party site.1. We booked for 3 people. We were given 2 towels and had to argue for a 3rd towel.2.Everything is broken.3. Room smells bad. Like cigarettes and dill pickles.4. Bedding and towels are worn out.5. Curtains have holes in it.6. AC makes horrible noises.7. The bath tub has cigarette burns on it.8. Microwave TouchPad buttons don't work.9. The manual lock on the door is broken.10. The floors are dirty. Like, we wore sandals in there because they were gross. There are piles of garbage under the beds.11. Toilette is not bolted to floor.12. There is no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, makeup remover provided. Only 1 bar of soap and 1 washing, but, that rag is also for drying your hands as well I guess.13. They make you BUY towels for the pool.14. Television has bad spots in it. Like 2"x2" black spots.15. The neighboring room had a DV going on and hotel said to just call the police. Police came twice in one night.16. There are dog friendly rooms, we paid extra for one. Unfortunately there was dog feces everywhere in the uncut grass. Likely from the weekly or monthly customers.Yes, its one of those places. Overall, it's a complete dump.We thought it would be alright because we had a music festival to go to and would only be sleeping here and the hotel is walkable to the venue.Not worth it. I hope this review helps someone save a headache as we booked this over a month in advance.Safety: Does not feel safe. We ended our stay prematurely because we felt unsafe.

My room wasn't cleaned well at all, I told the employee, they said they had heard that a few times that day. I was NOT offered a discount, I had already situated all my gear, so I didn't wanna change rooms and showered (noticed black, long hair on the shower walls, im blonde ?, toe nail clippings and pieces of dorittos on the floor) sheets were clean tho... I used a was cloth to scrub the bathroom floor and it was ruined when I was done, black and brown nastiness... But I got the room online for about 65$, they ask 115$ per room at the desk inside (not worth 115 a night) They offer smoking rooms. I have never seen a motel without carpet before, what happened there that now they have faux hard wood floors? My room smelled like a jar of dill pickles exploded inside... the door needed to be slammed to close and lock all the way. But somehow the key card never gave me any issues, first time that's ever happened!!! Was a plus not being locked out for a few mins every time I tried to get back in. The refrigerator barely worked, had to crank it all the way up to get my water cold for the morning. But when your out hiking and the alternative is to illegally dispurse camp, this place had hot water and a comfy bed (oh the heat didn't work, just blew chilly air all night)... it was better than possibly getting caught camping where your not supposed to.Rooms: Check to make sure it's been cleaned. Don't expect carpeting LoL. U can request a smoking room.Safety: I was told by a pizza delivery guy to not stay there for long.... not sure why, but lots of the residents didn't cause me to feel safe. Especially since I could tell the room had been kicked in or Jimmied open before... since it was so hard to close properly.Walkability: Lots of close by businesses, McDonald's, gas stations, convenience stores and such.

A very well-managed and clean lodge. The staff are very friendly and helpful and most of the time they go out of their way to make sure your stay is a good and pleasant.Rooms: Well kept clean I didn't see any bugs there during the week I stayed with friends.

Honestly, don't go there. Horrible rooms, ceiling cracking, soft floors, filthy floors, dirty fridge and microwave, you pay for a week and can't exchange towels.
