We have spent a SIGNIFICANT amount of money in this store the last 12 months. They were out of a grout color they stock so I ordered it online. In the meantime, I was able to get to the store and found it on the shelves (which the website indicated they are out of). NOW THEY ARE CHARGING ME A 25% RESTOCK FEE! BUYER BEWARE BE SURE THAT YOU CHECK IN STORE BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING ONLINE!!! (Also side note all of the Menards stores are separate-once you order anything custom it cannot be transferred to any other store).

Whoever the manager is in the mornings is absolutely AWFUL. Will never shop at this location again. There's no reason to be so dang rude to people!!!!

I had a couch shipped in with a missing leg and another one ruined from this store. I spoke to Travis and Josie in hardware and they went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer and got what I paid for. Thankyou so much for being so kind and helping me figure this out. Other employees (unsure of their names) were also extremely helpful and I just want to thank Menards for hiring such amazing customer service employees.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Do not trust this store or their employees. Bought a mattress because there was a nice sale and a rebate. After I left the store I realized I did not get a receipt. I go back to the store and they basically told me I was SOL and I cannot get the rebate because THEY THREW OUT THE RECEIPT! Paid cash so I cannot show proof from a card statement and they told me they could not print another receipt because I paid with cash - this makes absolutely no sense to me. This is completely unfair and uncalled for. It was my first time shopping here and will be my last. So disappointed.

Always had what I came for, and more selection and option than any other competitor I've visited. Prices are higher than most, offset by a cumbersome rebate program that I've never bothered to use because I don't want to collect, make copies and wait for snailmail rebates. If prices were better I'd rate them higher, and shop there more often.

Special ordered 4 items that are 20 feet long and heavy. They were loaded onto my vehicle by forklift which was great, but when I unloaded them at home I realized that they were not the correct size items. The order was placed correctly, just the wrong item was pulled. Even though I received the incorrect items I was going to use them anyway because everything was lined up for me to start my project. The items I received are a lower price than the items I ordered. I thought it would be fair to get a credit for the difference even though I'd be using an inferior item through no fault of my own, but when I called I was refused that courtesy. I was basically told that since I accepted the items and left the yard, I was screwed. I would have to spend time, gas, etc. Bringing them back and pay a restocking fee and they could reorder the items and hope that the same mistake wasn't made again. Meanwhile I would have to cover the cost of moving resources since my project would be delayed.Being fair when it comes to customer service really goes a long way, but it is certainly lacking at Menard's!!!

Just purchased an air Compressor yesterday worth 500$. And it does not work. I made sure with cashier that if something is wrong with my purchase if I can return it and she said yes. I tried to return the Compressor today and was denied a refund customer service was unfriendly. They are making me go take it to the manufacturer forcing me to take time that I don't have out of my day to have them try and repair it. This is a brand new item. Least they can do is return it or offer an exchange since I just bought it yesterday!!. Don't recommend shopping here. And I'll make sure my friends know what kind of products they sell here and you get stuck with if new/broken

Lady in the paint department on August 23 in the morning was very rude unprofessional and also hung up on me and I'm a contractor who get almost all my materials at menards. She didn't wanna make the paint so I had to get it at Sherwin Williams who are in fact very professional

Needed Paint. But they were out and didn't know when they were going to receive any. This is a terrible run location. Menard's needs to clean house and get better quality employees and stock. It also took me weeks to get lumber

Bought a brand new dryer here and when I got home and started to dry my clothes, I noticed it was not heating up. I went back to the store to explain the situation to customer service and offered absolutely no help. The customer service and managers at this store are absolutely awful and very unhelpful. Do not recommend.

Overwhelmingly stocked with every single item you probably don't need until you walk thru the doors. From bricks to baseball bats and apples to augers, they got it. That being said, the quality of most of the products are on par with a dollar general. The variety of building materials for DIY projects keeps me coming back. Attached are random photos from today that I sent my wife while I was there for something completely different. And yes I forgot to get what I came there for which was ratchet straps.

Really like this the store and the staff has always been very helpful when I need it. Last week we were looking at ceiling fans and the young lady who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable. I love the outdoor lumber yard sure beats loading a cart and pushing it to a checkout then loading it into a a vehicle.

I love Menards, much better than Home Depot or Lowes, they have virtually everything and prices are same or lower. Same chainsaw blades at HD are $37 while only $25 at Menards plus you typically get 11% back. Plus they don't jam the isles full of junk, was at HD last week because I needed something small and it's close but could hardly navigate the store with a cart, don't have that at Menards.

Went to Menards to buy some fiberglass rebar. Was sold in 20 foot lengths. No way for me to transport home. Asked several associates on how to cut it in smaller lengths. One said to use the chop saw, another said I am on my own as they don't cut it. Customer use of chop saw is a huge liability issue. The chop saw had a wood cutting blade,not suitable for fiberglass .

We purchased a rather large kitchen cabinet assortment. Somewhere down the line there was mistake made. Tyler in cabinets has been very helpful I'm resolving this issue.Thanks being the image of customer service.
