Chair picked up by MBU 10/17/23 along with $1000 deposit. Was advised it would be ready in 6-8 weeks. Two phone calls (week before Christmas and week after Christmas) have gone unanswered. Really?

Family Owned, TLC furniture building and reupholstering! We were so happy with the job done years ago on our sofa, we went back years later with our loveseat/ recliner. MBU has hundreds of fabrics to select from. They can explain how to select fabric and which are more 'long-wearing', which was very important to us. Picked up, did an EXCELLENT job, top quality craftsmanship, then returned the piece and reassembled it, quickly and professionally. We will always trust in MBU!

Called to see if MBU would be able to help me with a booth repair in a popular restaurant franchise and the gentleman who answered the phone would not give me his name. After I provided him with my name, he told me "this is a workshop" and hung up on me. Incredibly Rude. Do not do business with people like this!

I had a sofa and two chairs covered one year ago... great job, seams, prints, fabric all like new. No streching, or fabric shifting,work is perfect and i have recommended to all. Thanks
