Once we had picked out what we liked he made the purchase and set up of delivery absolutely seamless! “The saleswoman was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and I was very glad she gave me space to test out the mattresses without hovering. She answered all of my questions without the typical sales pitches. She looked up both mattresses i had considered purchasing to see if the warehouse/factory where they're built in Cleveland, and both were in stock. I ended up driving there and purchase a king size set size. I didn't have have too as they would have shipped it to the Mentor location within 4 days, I just didn't want to wait. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase. My impression of The Original Mattress Factory is that this is a company I'd highly recommend to family and friends and will be a customer for life. “We had the BEST experience. Our sales associate, ( Michael) took the time to really explain there beds and why they are made the way they are and why they are different then a traditional bed. It was an eye opening experience. When we got into one of 4 beds we where WOWED! ( we tried them all) It was so comfortable. Of course, we upgraded to a King now. LOL. Why not, we said. You can’t put a price on GREAT SLEEP and our HEATH! Once you go, you’ll never want to leave without the PERFECT BED for you! I say, what do you have to lose? Stop in and try these beds. You won’t be disappointed.”
