Decent store, decent prices, decent selection of clothing for the forgotten gender (Mens). However. if you’re looking for luggage, look elsewhere. This Marshall’s, (Mentor) doesn’t carry it (contrary to the photos). Marshalls in Mayfield has a great selection of luggage though.

Went in to shop for organizational bins. Upon walking into the store I was not greeted or asked if I needed any assistance which was very disheartening. I was not asked if I needed any help and upon checking out I was using a gift card on my phone and the cashier looked down at my phone in disgust and asked loudly “What is this?. My mom was able to hear this loudly over the phone. It was not only embarrassing but I felt profiled because of the tone and look I received. As a gift card is a valid form of payment. The cashier was not helpful and made me feel as if I didn’t belong.From this experience I will not likely shop here again.I also did the survey as this was not a pleasant interaction.
