this darlene lady at Marc's needs to be fired. this lady is very rude and plays favorites with the workers. she needs to check herself cuz I know that she wouldn't like to be treated the ways shes treating the workers.

While I like shopping at Marc's, there are a few employees there that need education on how to treat other employees and customers. Being in a supervisor position doesn't mean you can be lazy and tell other people to do things for you be because you just want to be lazy and not do it yourself. Also if you're a supervisor and another employee is trying to tell you something, you don't point your finger in their face and constantly tell them to "shut up". You have one specific front end supervisor there , I believe her name is Angel , that REALLY needs some education on how to treat other employees, and customers. This person also needs to be educated on what a supervisor does, and she needs to be told that she also needs to do things , not bark orders at other employees to do thing for her because she wants to be lazy. I've been in several management positions and a person like this, who is not dealt with by upper management, is how you lose ACTUAL good hard working employees in your store. It seems like your store is short staffed as it is, it would be a shame for your store to lose more GOOD employees because one person acting the way they do and management doing nothing about it.

Marc's is a good store don't get me wrong, but some of the managers there are far by the rudest managers there. Now I'm not going to say any names but there is this on women there who says she can work through the workers schedules, but she lied to them. She just fired one of the works there because of her schedule with their parents. Their parents are divorced and they have certain custody issues. This manager needs to be fired. She is not good for the store. She keeps firing people because of their schedules with work and their hours, that's not right. She wrote up my brother because he didn't come in to work on a Friday when he was scheduled off. This needs to stop now.

Karen K in the pharmacy not only snapped at my disabled mother TWICE on the phone (impatient while we had questions about an appointment), but she was also rude in person AND had us standing waiting while she had a personal convo with someone . After a hip replacement, that’s not ok, and Karen knew what she was doing. She kept looking over.Some people take joy in using their small bit of influence to assert control. She is one of those people. Get your prescriptions filled elsewhere.If you’re management, this is the sort of treatment that you wouldn’t pick up on unless customers bother to tell you. Be careful.

I went to Marc's last week and all I have to say is if you want to be safe and not catch the Coronavirus....DON'T SHOP AT MARC'S. They had 2 register's open, and the people were trying to check out, everyone was trying to maintain social distance, but it was impossible. With two cashiers on and a lot of people congregated trying to check out was pathetic. Normally this is okay, but during this time of crisis the management should have extra help. The person who owns this place should be ashamed of themselves. THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GET THE VIRUS. SO IF YOU WANT CORONAVIRUS GO TO MARC'S IN POINTS EAST PLAZA IN MENTOR.

Marc's has always offered groceries and closeout merchandise at very competitive prices. For me the rub was that they did not take credit cards. This is no longer the case. Marc's now takes credit cards so they are very competitive with the bigger supermarkets. This location is very convenient. Located at the intersection of Mentor Ave and Route 306

they have some of the dumbest kids working in the Mentor store....I was buying stamps and the cashier was separating the sheet....WTHeck? kid was clueless.
