Very disappointing. I knew what I need to get and checking out... and hate having someone behind me watching every move I make... I respect your store and always pay for items I needed... I was being stared at while I was checking out that seems annoying cause I thought there's was something wrong with me.... like one lady with the self check out was way to close to me that like I was a teenager that I am 50 yrs old!

I went to my local Lowe's today to pick up a Pella Storm Door that was special order and took about 2 weeks to arrive. Upon arriving for pick up I had to wait about a half hour for them to locate my pick-up order and that is not where my frustration began, but when they brought up the door it had a hole in the cardboard the size of a half door. The door is a glass storm door with glass top to bottom and the door is over $500. The hole in the cardboard was directly up against the glass is the storm door and there was no padding or other material between the door and this hole. This made it obvious that the door had already been roughly handled and while some may argue this is not correct , but glass can have micro-fractures from an impact like this that are not visible. The impact in my opinion weakened the tensile strength of the door. The customer service representative was great, but I also spoke to the store's general manager Kevin who tried to convince me to open the door up to inspect it for damage which I made it clear that was not something I was interested in doing and he offered this multiple times after I advised I would not accept the door. The number one complaint with this door for the reviews was the glass broke for seemingly no reason which made me think twice about accepting a door that had clearly been impacted in a way that that also led to the glass being impacted. The store manager also misgendered me and referred to me as a "he" to his customer service representative which I did not appreciate and quickly corrected him. They did provide about $60 off the new door and free delivery for the new door, but at a delay of an additional 16 days. The discounted cost and free delivery is the only reason I am giving 2 stars vs 1 star honestly.

Dan in appliances can't wait to hang up the phone on customers. I've called this location several times and every time he makes me feel like an idiot and has said before "I've got to go I have other customers". Yeah okay we'll I'm a customer too Dan- if you don't like picking up the phone do us all a favor and don't pick it up. I'm sure there's other people who don't do business here anymore because of how customers are treated. I've spent thousands of dollars on appliances here but Dan doesn't care right? Does Lowes value their customers?

we bought 4 doors in July. one of the doors was on back order so we waited a month for it to come in and be installed. we started getting the runaround with the installers with poor communication. we finally heard bear of September and set the date for October 19.I took off the day of work and they canceled because it was raining and one of the doors was damaged so it was a wasted day. we have been paying on these doors for 3 months and still no doors we will give it another try next month and if that doesn't work we will cancel the order. 4 months is a long time to wait

I'm having a garage built, walked in store and made a purchase to be delivered. I was given a delivery date at that time. It never arrived. I call the store and was given a 2nd delivery date. When it does show up it's missing parts of the order. I call the store again and was given a 3rd delivery date to complete my purchase. Again no show. I drive to the store to pick up the remaining items and told to wait while the order was being put together because nothing was pulled from the selves yet. Mentor store. Scott at pro desk was the gentleman I was dealing with. And he never returns calls. I won't be using this store again.

Nicest people. Over the course of two trips, I had very friendly and well informed gentlemen work me through some pros/cons to different models on a purchase. Both were patient and very helpful. Ladies working the register were just as friendly. Nice shopping experience.

I love Lowe's. Always something to look at. I like looking at the selection. Just wish it was a little different then the adverage 2 different varieties and colors
