So kind! We came in thinking my stepfather’s chainsaw was broken, but it just turned out that it was an easy fix and he was able to just help us right away. Will definitely definitely be back!

We rented a U-Haul and had to use this location for pick up. Arrived at 8:58 when they are supposed to open at 9. Sat for 10 minutes and no one ever came. Called U-Haul and one lady said they are showing as closed (for a while). I told her the sign says it opens at 9. Got transferred to scheduling had to drive somewhere else to get a truck. When your business hours are to open at 9 and people are on a schedule it would be real helpful if you opened at 9. We called the Lake Erie location in Painesville and asked if they had any way to reach someone and was told no. They said why is no one there I said No. I was told well they should be there soon.... TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ITS MESSED WITH MY ENTITE MOVING SCHEDULE

Provided us an estimate of $45 , dropped off mower then we were called by lady that mower was fixed for $145 by changing air filter and claimed oil spilled unto the air filter which was false didn't provide exact issue for not starting then yhey claimed water got into gas tank while mowing wet grass. Something is off and will dispute $100 off the bill with the bank we have 3 neighbors who already checked the mower and can verify what they Lake Erie claimed was false. BEWARE!Consumers have the right to an estimate for repairs and services of $25 or more. Sellers must provide consumers notice of their right to an estimate. If the cost will be 10 percent or more of the estimate, sellers must get the consumer's permission before beginning the additional work.

Jason is great but the service from everyone else is beyond horrible. Rented a trailer from Uhaul and waited forever on the pickup and return.

This place is an absolute joke. Takes weeks just for them to even look at your equipment. If you ever call they will not provide you any details on anything. Their response is the same every time you call. "we cannot bother the mechanic because they are busy". I will cut my grass with scissors instead of ever bringing my equipment to them.

Wanted to charge me 75$ for a lawn mower blade drive belt, the excuse given was it is an OEM Toro belt. That same exact OEM belt is 12$ shipped from the Home Depot. I'm all for paying a premium getting something locally, but that difference is just robbery. No thanks!

Rented a U-haul. had a four hour window and our rep took an extra half our to find keys and unlock our van. After we returned the rental with MORE gas than it came with, we were charged for an additional 2 gallons of gas. Very unprofessional

I always heard this place had bad customer service but I experienced it for myself today. I went for propane refill and 1 lady was running the entire store. I had 1 person in front of me and they were renting a Uhaul which is a long process but I am a patient person and she said " I will be with you soon sir" No problem. Over 10 minutes go by and a couple other customers come in the store behind me. She finally gets done with the Uhaul dude then says " I can collect for your propane but I have to wait on the 2 people behind you 1st, I can't leave the store empty." WHAT? So people keep streaming in and they are helped before me? What planet are these people from that run this place? She also got a phone call while I was waiting and she told the person she was too busy to help them. How conveneient. I took my credit card back and told her to forget it and how ridiculous it was to offer to help people behind me before myself after being patient for 10 minutes. They will never see a nickle of my money or my friends or families money, awful way to run a business.

2 different times this summer we stopped in to order a part for our snowblower (Painesville store) Neither time did they even order the part. I guess their throwing notes in a shoe box filing system does not work. Had to buy part off internet. Prefer to buy local but how many chances does this place deserve? Price on line.was also cheaper & in stock.
