I walked in as a new customer and neither of the two barbers said anything to me even after I said hello. Found the sign-in computer and decided to sign in and sit down and play on my phone. Started reading reviews of other people sharing the same experience so figured this is par for the course.
With no clue how long the wait time was or how many people were ahead of me, I decided to go shopping nearby. Figured if they call me when its my turn I'll head back over, and if they don't call me, no loss.
They never called me.
Went to the other place a few doors down, was greeted, was explained the check-in process, and was told the wait time, and received a great haircut.
Lady Jane's never gave themselves a chance.

I signed in as a returning customer and had to select someone as first available wasn’t an option. One dude came in, signed in, and he was serviced. Then he left. His lady barber went to the back and didn’t acknowledge me. The other barber was taking her SWEET time on another guy. No longer will they get my business

Very nice staff and professional hair cuts. They fit my son in with no appointment, as we were in a rush on our way to Cleveland and left it last minute. Could not ask for better service and quality haircuts. Would give them 10 stars.

If zero was an option this lady definitely would be getting it. I came in for a haircut and this woman completely forgot her bifocals apparently. One side is half an inch the other is two inches. Seriously why continue to allow people to ruin people's haircuts? My husband had the same woman last week and I completely forgot until I showed him my hair and he said oh wait look at mine. Don't waste your time with Stephanie unless it's a free cut for an enemy or a prank.

I have tried now getting my haircut last three times and was okay waiting and I been turned away because close to closing. With my Job showing up an hour before close is sometimes the only time I can make it in. Been going here for 4 years and lately feel that the service has went down. There should be a way customers can book an appointment online and see when there is time open. Very frustrating this is is my third time I was turned away and just felt that they didn't want to cut someone's hair since close to closing up.

After I got home I realized what a low quality, Uneven hair cut , no mirror to see the back of my head before I left, simple things everywhere else does, and I had my beard trimmed uneven,. Uneven my moustache, trimmed to low and lower on one side. I will not be returning. DO NOT GO HERE. anywhere else is better. This was a mistake and will not happen again. Save yourself.

Stopped in to get my son’s hair cut. The staff who didn’t have customers walked around texting on their phones. No eye contact. No communication. No smiles. No greetings. Not even sure how long we were waiting honestly, but the blatant texting right in front of us and the rest of the patrons in the waiting room was very unprofessional. We decided to head down the road to Sport Clips and were greeted and taken back promptly. Some of the staff could use a refresher course on customer service. The only positive experience we’ve had when going there is when Stephanie is there (it was her day off).

I've tried this place three times, told them clealy what I want and showed them a picture of it. Every time they have given me the same effed up haircut, I assume it's the only one the woman knows how to do. Strongly suggest going elsewhere
