They treat you like a criminal just to do a peee test, so you can get the pain meds you need for spine and/or other injuries you have. Empty all your pockets, no keys on your belt hook, or anything else. ( BUT she never said a thing about my Knife on my belt in the belt case ) Then lock all your stuff in a box. Wash your hands, don't touch this, you can't do / touch that. Then they get upset when you get upset from being treated like a criminal. They claim it is Gov. that has it setup like that ( Gov never asked me if I wanted things this way ), she never even fill my complete name out on the label for the peee bottle. I had to tell her to put my Middle Initial in Plus all the cash medical places charge for service and they want YOU to check yourself in ? I'm there for service, not to do their office / paper work, or put my info into their data base, that will end up leaking my personal info out when it is hacked or they sell it for big bucks. I think her name started with a K @ the Tyler Blvd Office in Mentor, Ohio, That said she is calling my Doctor, and tell him not to send me to them anymore... She has to be joking.... she thinks I was rude, I got news for people like her, I will voice my Opinion on things I think are wrong when ever and how ever I want. Besides I'm the one that is in need of medical help, hurting and in pain constantly 24/7 365 since about 06, if not longer...and she thinks I should be in a perfect mood or have a great personality while being treated like a criminal. Treated JUST LIKE when you emptying your pockets before going into a police jail cell, while being booked and barked the do and do not list ?? NOT !

The only problem I had was they were closed from 11-1:00, which I didn't find out until I arrived. Luckily I was on a vacation day from work or else there is no way I couldn't have waited to come back when they re-opened! The hours are inconvenient.

They wanted some number printed out to actually do a drug screening. I had to call my employer and get a reference. If you have to go here for a drug screening, you might as well print out the binder full of paperwork your employer gives you and bring it all, because to date I have no idea what number they wanted printed out.
