We spoke to Summer. She was a ten out of ten in helpfulness and knowledge. This had to be one of the best experiences we have ever had purchasing furniture. I highly recommend the Mentor location for furniture. I hope the delivery goes smoothly. I have seen some of the delivery reviews and I am a tad nervous.

Went to several furniture stores trying to find exactly what we wanted loveseat and sofa. As luck would have it, we found what we wanted at La-Z-Boy and we’re very happy that we were able to buy a floor model at a fantastic price. Love the quality at La-Z-Boy so very excited about this purchase.

My girl friend and I went in and was met by Calla with a smile. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I wanted.With a 25% off it was helpful to find a piece which I did.
She was not pushy and let us look around. I did find something and the next step was with Catarina the designer. She came to the house and gave me an option on where to place the furniture. She was very sweet and so positive and Knowledgeable. She was a joy to work with. I will be back for more pieces in the future.

Salespersons are very low pressure and we're able to 6 most questions . The questions they didn't know, they were eager to go to extremes to get the answers .
I received my quotes in writing well as e-mail.
8 week waiuyOne week later, I ordered the merchandise.
The only thing I didn't care for was a 6-8 week wait for furniture to be made with the materials I chose.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Summer was excellent to work with! She is so knowledgeable with interior design and making everything work with the room. We could not be happier with the outcome. You can buy furniture anywhere and everywhere but you will not get a better experience with better results than La-Z-Boy! Summer went above and beyond!

We had a great experience with Summer and Katerina at the Mentor La-z-boy. Both were so patient and helpful as we chose fabrics and made a few changes along the way. Katerina came to our home and provided us with a design plan. She was a pleasure to work with and did a phenomenal job. We can't wait for our purchases to arrive.

La-Z-Boy in Mentor with Katerina, interior designer, was absolutely awesome!!!! She helped more than I can even tell you! I know what I like when I see it ,but have trouble bringing it all together & she did that to a tee!!! Can't wait to get my new furniture!!??
