I picked out my product and an associate brought it to the front for me so I could continue shopping. The owner reviewed the products I was going to buy and marked it up 4x high than what it was when I grabbed it! Horrible business.

If there was a way of giving this place zero stars, that’s what it deserves took something up to the register at the price that it was marked and the owner decided to make it a higher price because he couldn’t sell it at that lower price and he changed it

I purchased a set of very expensive barstools from here. I moved across states, and I opened them to put together and they are all stained and trashed. I wasn’t allowed to open the box in the store per their policy (probably because they sell things like this). Wasted money for furniture I have to throw away. Very deceiving business. No thanks.

Steer clear of this place. No follow up to emails or calls. Business ran in this manner will not survive. Customer service lacking.
Edit: Email was sent from Cathy Snowbrick 8/15 still no response, 3 voicemails were left without response. Who runs business off of Instagram messaging? You are kidding , right. Had to go through credit card company for chargeback / resolution.

I am a Krazy Bin customer through and through and I can’t say enough good things about the entire concept of the stores, the shopping experience, and how kind the workers always have been in all my experiences. You have to know going in that you’re looking at overstock, returns, etc. and I normally never have issues.
I work in interior design and I have decorated almost an entire 10 unit hotel with these stores! On top of that I’ve been able to affordably change up my personal space, my parents house, my brother’s room, and now we’re working on their guest room!
Also love being able to grab little odds and ends I normally buy at Target for 50% off retail prices while I’m there. 10/10 love everything about this store and they have a customer for life! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best deals for the best bargains on new clothes! I am a single mom and this store really helps in the budget department! My daughter and I love digging through the bins to see what we find. It is like a fun Scavenger Hunt and you can not beat the deals

Krazy bins!!! If you have not been you’re missing out! It is krazy! The best deals around. Staff is top notch! Great atmosphere! You can’t help but spend money in a place like this!!! They literally have it all!!! Highly recommend to stop at any of the locations and take a look at all of the awesome stuff! Always worth the trip! I live over an hour away to all the locations and I never hesitate to make a trip! I furnished most of my house and boutique with items from Krazy Bins. They are great at communicating online if you have questions before heading in and the staff is always so friendly.

If you haven't visited Krazy Bins, you're missing out on a treasure hunt that rivals Indiana Jones! I came in for a cheap toaster and left with a TV stand, outdoor furniture, and what seemed like a pallet full of different sized diapers.
The prices are so low, you'll feel like you're getting away with a crime. I half expected to be chased out of the store by security yelling, "Stop, thief!" But nope, it's all legit.
If you're looking for deals that will make you question reality, this is your place. Five stars, two thumbs up, and a cart full of goodies later, I'm a fan for life!

Krazy bins has crazy good deals! I'm a single mama of 3 so crazy bins is always my go to for household goods, clothes, and everything and anything in between! The prices are unbeatable, the staff is always friendly and accommodating, and the stores are neat, clean, and organized! Your Krazy if you haven't checked this store out yet!

I Love Every Location, from my Stainless Steel Fridge & Microwave to clothes for my little ones. I enjoy getting all the deals and being able to save $$ every time I shop with them! So from what I'm reading in other reviews, sounds like this location may not be open much longer. Parma is way too far. It's sad because it used to be fun shopping there, but it's definitely gone way downhill. Why not get new management? I always roll my eyes when I see their rude signs: "If there's a price on an item, that's the price!!!" Tip: Never put exclamations on your signs. IT'S RUDE. Multiple explanation points is just disrespectful. Don't know most prices, or contents, of boxed furniture items, and of course, no one *ever* around to ask, or God forbid, ask you if you need help. What a shame.

I order a umbrella stroller online for my daughter 24 hrs ago from the MENTOR STORE I have still not received an email saying that it was ready for pick up ( and on the web site they said they had it in stock) I called the store 7 times and left a voicemail before making a hour drive to Mentor where I was met by a very unprofessional worker who instead of helping me and trying to at least look to see if they had one thought it was best to argue with me and tell me that they don’t have my order and I had to drive to PARMA to pick it up then proceed to get the “manager” who sarcastically told me that the phone number online for the store “are not the real number for the store it just so the store has a number” this company is a complete joke and a scam they need to be completely ashamed of themselves
