Not impressed with the style of clothes here anymore. Or how it is arranged. Everything is very confusing now. Have no idea what happened to the brand software clothes they used to sell so I could get the pants and other items I needed so that was a bummer.

They've redone their store and added Sephora. It seems much more organized now than before. Staff is generally friendly and if you can wait for their sales, you can usually get a good deal.
They've also redesigned their checkout process and have made it much more efficient. They've included self checkouts, too, if you prefer to not wait in line.

Kohl's is always clean, sales people are courteous and engaging. Checkout is a breeze and the smiles on the employees face say it all.

Went into Sophia looking for makeup for my son’s wedding. Marybeth in Sophia was very friendly and was very helpful when it came to matching my skin tone to the right foundation. Highly recommend asking for her with any makeup suggestions.

Ridiculous self checkout experience at Kohls today. Only 2 employees to check people out. If you self checkout and have a security tag they make you stand in the line again to have the tag removed by an employee.
I attempted to use a 30% off coupon for my purchase and was told I could not use the coupon on the items I was purchasing. I have never had a coupon refused at Kohl’s - never.
This trip was totally disappointing. Also did not get my senior discount on Senior Discount day.

I haven’t patroned Kohls in two years, but then they mailed a special offer. Four things happened that reminded me why I abstained: 1) the fabrics are horrible 2) the Kohls cash is always a job, it’s that archaic 3) the app is a mess 4) the customer service is not just horrid, but dangerous. I used the app to order an electronic bike and high chair one day with my 0 balance Kohls CC. The order was canceled without explanation. I called their customer service, and had to verify and unusual amount of information to be told it was now out of stock. I repeated this twice- so 3 times it was canceled. I refused to call customer service again. The next day, I was logged out of my account and can’t seem to do a password reset. I went to the store to see if they had knew of hacking and explained my experience and after she told me my 80$ in kohls cash expired during those events, she said “I have 1000 online orders awaiting pickup”. I said, you have one that doesn’t, the one that made time to tell you what happened. I will never bother with Kohls again.
