Been using this dry cleaner for over a year now. Took my daughters winter coat in for a zipper fix on 11/17 told us it would be ready 12/4. Went back 12/4 no coat it was forgotten about. Was told 12/8. Went back again can you guess what happened no coat. Told to come back 12/12 promised it would be done. Well here we are still no coat. It's winter and my 7 year old at this point wants her broken coat back.

First time taking suits to this place to have dry cleaned they were very friendly. Brought it in Wed morning got it back later that day. Quick service! Wish I would have came here to have my wedding dress cleaned it was a nightmare at Jade cleaners in Mentor still have stains and paid a lot i was so sad they had assured me they could get them out. I have been to a few not so friendly dry cleaners we live in Geneva and don't have a problem driving that far for good service. They looked very nice! We will be coming back for sure. Thanks?

This laundry mat is clean, spacious,all new machines, there's a attendant and are very nice. Yes there's a quarters machine as you come in, on the wall to the right----it accepts-$1,5,10,20 bills,and you CAN get a roll from the attendant. . They have a service & can wash your things too(price by the pound). Dryers are in the back, 7min per quarter (average drying time takes 4 quarters=28min)I take my kids with me,there is a tv and a vendor machines (so the kids can have a soda or water and snack) neatly at the table. Also there is detergent-oxy wash-etc. for 75¢per box.Hours I'm pretty sure is 8am-9pm(last load at 7:30)

The staff is really cool and they always say hello to me when I come in. Very clean and has a ton of washers and dryers so you'll never have to worry about it being too busy. Free WiFi too!

I love coming here for my laundry. The prices are reasonable. I would give it 5 stars but there is one little problem. When the old man is here (I'm guessing the owner) nothing gets done and nothing gets filled up including the change machine. The rest of the staff is wonderful tho
