I live in Texas now, but I had John as my agent for years. He was always so nice and gracious... even when I wasn't so nice. He knows that sometimes the situations that you find yourself in can be stressful, and he was always there to lead you through the process with a helping hand. He is trustworthy and honest, and that is a rare quality today. Thank you for everything, John.

We enjoy working with John Bollman and his team. They truly put their clients needs first. Helping them plan for the risks of everyday life, and recover when the unexpected happens. If you are looking for a new policy, we highly recommend giving John a call!

They never called me back when I asked them for a quote on my trailer and they never called me back.
And it's been almost a month and I've heard nothing from them at all would not recommend them.
I called Brian Sharp in Madison and had immediate coverage on my trailer.

Adequate for the many, many years when we had no transactions on any of our accounts: 2 vehicles, a rider, and two houses. When we built our new home, his agency became completely inadequate, and several times left us uninsured. The parent company shares the blame here. Despite decades of prompt payments and zero claims, the parent company decided that we had vacated our "old" house, and sent an extremely harsh letter, saying that "has come to our attention" (by WHOM??) that we were no longer living in the house (we were, for several months), and therefore, the conditions were no longer satisfactory for them and we should seek insurance elsewhere. We were dropped, with no notification or discussion from our agent, John Bollman. After a phone call, where I was promised a follow-up call that did not come, I was told that that the agency had made it right. I asked for proof of insurance, and got nothing!!! I got bland, lackluster conversation, and no tangible proof of insurance. During the construction of the new house, the new house was also covered by John Bollman's agency. On October 9, two weeks after our move-in, we got another nastygram from corporate, again with no call from the Bollman office..."This coverage is no longer acceptable to State Farm Fire and Casualty Company because the dwelling was not completed within the one year period. They insured us at the start of construction, I called them to ensure coverage upon completion, and then we are told that we have NO COVERAGE as of November 13. Not a word from Bollman's office. My husband went to the office, because this office has repeatedly exhausted my tolerance for incompetence. He said that he was told that we WERE covered, and our bank held the policy documents. Where is our copy? Where are the documents that stated the limits of liability, options, etc? They'll send them. Sure enough, after the November "no coverage" date, we got a set of our own documents. No hurry. They were talking to the bank - why talk to the people who have been with State Farm for 45 years????? We also got a "no advance notice from my trusty agent" letter from corporate, telling us that our auto insurance rates were going up, because based on our new address, there was no way we could be driving so few miles. Could you or our agent ask us? We actually do drive so few miles. And now today. We received a notice that our insurance for the new house was due on Dec. 19, 2018. Nothing received by them, and no calls. No second notices. We will be cancelled for nonpayment on January 20, 2019. We'll have a new multi-platform insurer by then, I promise. It is absolutely unbelievable how uncivil the mail from corporate has been. I get that having lobbyists in Washington could give you a feeling of invincibility and arrogance, but do you not send any communications that are pleasant or at least neutral in tone? And don't you have agents for a certain level of communication? Liberty Mutual, here we come!

Agent is very rude and unhelpful. Was only with the company for a month and would never go back. Never recommending this to anyone ever.

I will NEVER deal with this guy. We ALWAYS are put on hold and wait hours for a call back. They tried to charge my grilfriend and her mom an extra month worth policy after they instructed them to cancel the policy. It is a nightmere. I hate to think what it is like to file an acutual claim with this agency.
