I've had the pleasure of working with Joe for more than 15 years and find him to be an exceptional mechanic, reliable, fair and an outstanding person as well. There is no one I would trust more to work on my personal car or my business fleet. I could not recommend more highly!

It would have been nice to give this place a chance (they also have good reviews) but they didn't get back in touch with me either. I tried them after Will's. I finally received help at Wrench Monkey in Ashtabula, just in time for my mother's next series of doctor appointments.

Great guy, knows his stuff, tells you like it is and doesn't try to sell you what you don't need. highly recommend. Very reasonably priced as well. Goes above and beyond to try his best to get your vehicle done and back to you ASAP.

We've been coming to Joe for the last few months and he's always been super straight forward with us about services and prices and has been able to take us same day almost every time we need something. He's never talked down to me or tried to overcharge us, and is super sweet and patient with our son when he comes in with us to pick up our vehicle. I was visiting from out of town when my engine light came on and the truck kept stalling. I called Joe that morning as I wanted to travel back to Virginia that day. He said he was booked up that day, but he would hook it up to the machine to see what was wrong. He went on and squeezed me in and fixed it and was more than reasonable. He is the best! I couldn't think him enough. I was at his mercy and he still treated me right. I highly recommend him!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Been coming to Joe and his shop for about 2 years now for routine oil changes & car issues andJoe himself is a hardworking man and has always been so kind to our family when we come in. We have had all types of car issues & Joe always gets it done with such reasonable (& in my opinion) quick timing for what he is doing. We have never had an issue with Joe or his establishment itself and definitely will be coming back for business every time if it's needed.

Taken several vehicles there over the last several years and always have had an excellent experience. Joe is very thorough but will not sell you services he doesn’t think you need. Great communication, always calls when he’s done and he doesn’t hesitate to call to get clarification on your problem. He has consistently completed service when he estimates and he lets you know if he finds something that he recommends to be fixed or something to keep an eye on.

Joe is real gentleman. He’ll always be upfront with you and never over-charges. Great prices that always surpass my expectations. Truly a master of his craft, too.One time, I asked for my spark plugs to be done and he pulled my cars service record to find he’d done them last time I was in. He could have easily charged me again for it but went the extra mile to make sure I didn’t overpay. Highly recommend.Services: Check engine light diagnostic

My mirror was broken during the first storm not sure how as I wasn't in the car someone in the parking lot said it was hit by a plow but no note so it needs fixed regardless it's a side mirror on a 10 yr old car. The guy who finally showed up 10 minutes later and says " unpainted $325 painted add $150 I'm thinking what? It's not heated it's a side mirror so I went home looked it up the part at auto zone ( which is retail) for $67 there are 4 screws that come with it he said I can put it on for $100 what the heck I don't mind paying a fair price but 485% mark up plus $100 for a mechanic to put it on probably 15 min is crap worst thing I know who owns the business and they are great people not sure where they found this guy it's been over 3 weeks and no reply on the part I found So if your looking to pay nearly 500% mark ups and get NO service this is your place if not keep driving
