I have been a client for many years and will for many years to come. They are consistent, professional and friendly and I always enjoy my hair appointment, manicure and pedicure. I have recommended this salon many times.
Stylist: I enjoy my appointments with Dawn, she is very popular with good reason. I always leave with exactly the haircut I wanted and needed. She is wonderful.

I have been coming to Jennifer & Co. for over 20 years. Started with a haircut & style for my son's wedding. The whole wedding party and Moms were with me. I had Jennifer Hess. She is still doing my hair every 3 weeks. I LOVE HER!!!! She is fabulous! Very truthful with me each time I want to change the style. She has become a friend actually. I also get a manicure every 3 weeks along with my hair cut. And I get a pedicure every 5 weeks. Both of those appointments are with Kelly. She too, has become a friend. She is helpful with picking colors, and any problems or questions I may have about my nails. Another thing I like about Jennifer & Co. is I can book one year in December/January. So I am booked for the whole year. Whenever one of us can't be there, we are always able to work out when we can. The entire staff is wonderful. I fell in front of the store and suffered a TBI a year ago. I was hospitalized for a week. I received the most beautiful dish garden from them. I never expected it. So good to us customers. I have no plans to go anywhere else EVER! Thank all of you for everything!

I can’t put into words what an excellent experience I had visiting Jennifer & Co. Salon and Spa. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated so nice and felt so welcome. From the receptionists, to the young ladies, washing and cutting hair. I was treated exceptionally well. This was my first visit to Jennifer & Co. but it’s definitely not my last. Thank you ladies. It was an amazing experience.

My nails were very weak and I was looking for a company that had trained professionals for acrylics. I found Jennifer & Co and have been over the moon with their services. The receptionists welcome and check me in the moment I walk in the door. Brian has been doing my nails for years, and I love having bling on my nails and he never ceases to amaze me with his creativity. He goes above and beyond to make my nails stand out. I always get compliments on my nails.

When I went I was unhappy with haircut. It was not even close to the pictures I showed her. I knew nothing of the 7 day not happy policey. Which I completely understand. I was just trying to work with it. I called just under 3 weeks and expressed how unhappy I was. My stylist was very understanding and told me to come in she would fix it at no charge. Figured I would tip her for her trouble and kindness.
Great customer service So I thought she got done did the cut the way I originally asked and charged me $55.00 .
Originally paid $150.00 for cut and a pop of color. So at the end I was in $205.00.
This is definitely a Credibility issue telling me no charge on the phone and charging when she was done.
If you go I would highly recommend you make sure you are 100% happy before leaving.

My stylist was Graziella Puletti. She did an amazing job with my hair and It came out better than I could have imagined! Beautifully layered and textured! She was so interactive with me and asking my opinion through the whole process to make sure I was happiest and most comfortable I could be. A lovely hairdresser and a lovely person all around!

I’ve been coming here now for many years. I started to see the nail technician Sam, and she is absolutely fantastic! She strives very hard to give her clients exactly what they want! She then recommended, Meghan, who now I go to for my hair and I also love her too! The facility always has friendly faces when you walk in and is very inviting. I definitely recommend and will continue to service with them.

Jenn G was absolutely amazing! She listened to me and was present when I showed her pictures of what my hair used to look like. She was incredibly attentive to a skin condition I have, checking to see if the water was too hot or if it hurt to rub my scalp. She also did a perfect job on my hair. Curly hair isn't the easiest (a lot of people SAY they can but...). She cut to the perfect length and I've never been happier with my layers. Thank you Jenn! I'd also like to show appreciation for the front desk manager. She also listened to my needs, knew the staff well enough to suggest the perfect hairdresser, and was nothing but pleasant, helpful and friendly.

i literally got into a car accident and apparently one of the owners or workers said i was blocking their “buisness” and didnt ask if i was okay but insisted i moved my car. wish i would have told that rude girl to get a personality ????

LOVE our stylists Joann & Jenn and have known and are previous clients of both of these Super Ladies for over 30 years!!! Highly recommend their talents!! We moved out of state and back home visiting family for the holidays...we are so happy to have them style our hair while we are back home. Love you both!!!!
