Bought my very first high end watch from Tom and Jimmy. That was over 10 years ago and I have been going back ever since. I don’t my jewelry from anywhere else. If you want to trust a jewelry store and feel like finally I suggest you stop in.

Tom and Jimmy’s expertise are first class. Don’t go to a big name jewelry store and get pressured into buying something. Whether it’s a life changing like an engagement ring or just treating yourself I recommend Jacqueline & Co. I’ve been buying my jewelry from them for over 10 years and have never been steered wrong.

Best jeweler I ever had the pleasure of buying from. Thom ( the owner) is very pleasant and accommodating. Also does same day repairs/resizing. Very upscale with custom made pieces.

Stopped in with my wife while shopping for new shoes so she could get her ring cleaned before a big event a few weekends back. We left to shop and when we came back I was offered a drink from their V.I.P. section so I stopped and talked with Jimmy and his father Thomas. They were both great people and walked me through the process of potentially upgrading my wife's stone one day. It was very pressure-free and it felt like they were treating me as family and not a prospective customer. Really enjoyed the knowledge they were able to bestow upon me as I am clueless on these types of things. We will be back for sure when it is time to upgrade!!

Went in to have a service done on my wedding rings. I originally went to Jared bc that's where I had the service completed before. But, Jared at mentor mall no longer offers on site service:( they could have completed my request but they would've had to send my rings out and it would have taken 2 weeks.... I got the same answer from Kay's too. The lady at Kay's mentioned Tom at Jacqueline & Co, I'm very glad she did because they were able to complete the service it on site, in like 10-15 min. Very nice, friendly and helpful. Would definitely go there again for service!
