Had to meet a title agent to close on a house. They allowed us to use a conference room and we're accommodating without any issue.
Pretty standard bank otherwise.
Drive thru, ATM, and full service banking.

I wasted my time and gas driving to this bank to find a sign on the door that says the inside is closed due to low staffing. Now who's fault is that?? Huntington bank and their management that's who's fault. I had to waste even more time and gas driving to the next location because of their inability to manage a bank.

Slow, I never get in and out of drive through during business hours in under 15 minutes. They do not even acknowledge your presence. Horrible and we are business customers.

I was in line for the atm, once I got up to it, it was not working. I pulled around to the teller drive thru, no car was ahead of me, and another car was already in the other lane being helped. I only needed to make a withdrawal. I filled out the slip, and sent the tube though. The teller received it and walked over to another drawer. In the meantime the atm was up and running. At least 5 cars used the ATM during my wait. I pressed the call button, wanting to ask if there was an issue, both female tellers turned and looked at me and ignored me. After waiting at least 10 - 15 minutes and being ignored, I finally received my money. I may as well parked my car and went inside. This is the slowest and rudest staff/location. I really need to find a new bank!!!

Racists Manger and tellers! Susan Rosenberg branch general manager was who provided me her business card and took my information. I have left her 3 messages on her direct line with no response. I was told i could not deposit cash into a account without ID. I didn't need change back either. However white male next to me was allowed without hesitation. I went to another Huntington bank and had no issues. Color if skin still matters!

Showed a family member my bank information without my permisson( single person account not shared ) and did not send a bill Pay at the right time even tho it was set up 3 days before the holiday. Sent it 6 days too late.

ATM always down. Always a line inside because the tellers have 45 minute conversations with customers about non sense.
