Waited 35 minutes with a line full of people - the 3 tellers working failed to finish any transactions with the people they were working with. Incompetent staff and zero motivation to provide a timely service to their customers.

Always always atleast 8 people in line waiting, always a line at drive through. ATM is always down.Tellers are very very kind. They need more staff.

I made an appointment at 12:00 to speak with a banker. I left work, drove all the way there and she wasn't there. No phone call, nothing. Waste of my time.

Their atm took our money, no receipt. I called immediately. I had a return call and was told it could be handled. Not the case.

Went to this bank to cash a check. I work for a friend that has a business in construction. Waited in line for 40 minutes then was told i need to come inside. They said they need 2 forms of identity. Gave them my debit card and I.D. not good enough. Gave them my mail and checks i cashed at other banks copies. Nope need birth certificate or social security card to cash a check that was only $175 . I was so mad i ripped the check up and left. They were so rude to me!! I called the guy i worked for and told him that i would never do work for him because of his bank. If you have Huntington bank i would go with someone else like Andover bank. Atleast they are friendly and will accept one identity and ony 4 dollars to cash a check. Not $10. I will never ever go back to them ever. Bunch of con artist stuck up big its!!!!
