Poor technology and broken website completely overshadowed the great in person service I received. Website technical help line was completely worthless. Great experience until I had to go onto hrblock website to digitally approve in person prepared returns. Why? I wanted an in person experience, if I wanted to fight with blocks broken website I would have stayed home and efiled myself.
