My Husband found and purchased my engagement ring from Howard's in 2017. We found our wedding bands there as well. When I was getting my 6 months jewelry check in the spring, another ring caught my eye. We put the ring on a wish card to think about it. The staff is so helpful and are like family. We went back & purchased the sapphire & diamond station ring for our 5th anniversary! I haven't any bad experiences at the store. I look forward to seeing them soon.

I would 1000x over recommend Howard to anyone! Ken helped my fiancé pick my engagement ring, and then helped us both pick our wedding bands. He was patient, straight forward and so easy to talk to. I will come here for all of my future jewelry needs!

This jewelry store not only provided fast service, Denise was professional, thorough, and took the time to offer the services they could provide. Went here to get my ring resized and was very pleased with their service. Would highly recommend them for your jewelry needs!

Shennevean is the most knowledgeable jeweler they I see. She is very helpful, I will not shop at other jewelry stores. Howards is the only jewelry store for me.

I had initially called around a few different places for information and quotes for resizing my late mother’s wedding rings that has been passed down to me. I had called into Howard’s to see how the process worked, and spoke with Sherry. She had excellent phone & customer service, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I immediately knew this was the place I wanted to use. When we arrived, we were greeted by Ken who was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, personable and understood the extreme sentimental value of this ring set. I didn’t know much about the ring itself (its current condition, value, carat) he inspected it and gave us all that information! My ring needed to be larger and my finance’s needed to be smaller. He took grand care of us and I can’t wait to see the end result. We will most certainly be passing along recommendations to Howard’s for any type of jewelry needs!

Ken took great care of my fiancée and I. We need to have family heirloom rings resized and he was exceedingly helpful and informative. Also pricing and turnaround time was extremely reasonable.
