“The room was reletively clean, but not that new looking, especially the comforter and the furniture. Lady at the front desk was great and very reasonable, and overall the room quality was super reasonable for the low price.”
“WAY MORE THAN IT APPEARS TO BE FROM THE OUTSIDE! PIX DONT DO THIS HOME JUSTICE!Came to watch a show. They were packed. HOWEVER~ the Owner (Gem of a Lady) insisted we(3)stay & listen. I'm so glad we did. We were permitted to tour room after room browsing through history. We did not stay overnight, but the rooms we peeked into were very well kept. Staff was politely cleaning rooms & resetting the candies. We were there 45min and still hadn't seen it all. LAKE COUNTY MUST SEE! There is a fabulous dining area as well as a coffee type area on lowest level. PLENTY OF PARKING HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE with ELEVATOR”

“The best staff hands down. Ann is one of the kindest front desk clerks you will ever meet, Jess is amazing as well and Ken the GM is truly a terrific human being. For the price, there is no better option in the area. Period. They are the cleanest, most professional and compassionate people around. Lots of good food options nearby and it’s right off of I-90, so the location is top tier.Again, I can’t stress enough—good people deserve good business. As someone who frequents hotels for work, I will always choose this red roof inn first.”

“Stayed for about a week @ Willow Lodge to recover from surgery from Cleveland Clinic before flying back home to another state! The room is clean & quiet. The front desk staff was very accommodating! Highly recommend this lodge especially for extended stay because of its closeness to some restaurants & stores, for its great value & price!”

“Stayed here for work, rooms were not ready at a reasonable time at check in, kitchen floor was filthy to say the least. It was obviously not cleaned after the last guests, or a longer period of time. Had maid service and requested extra towels, towels were left, not in the quantity requested but with a note that basically said try again tomorrow. Not to mention, dirty towels that were on the floor were not retrieved, nor was the trash emptied. Just horrible service overall. Would not recommend this hotel for any stay especially long-term; mattresses need replacing. Never been so glad to leave a hotel.”

Clean linen, water was COLD AS HELL and when it did heat up it was lukewarm at best, this is not for longterm stay, you will be comfortable if it's only a night or two or a single person, does have a microwave and fridge, very limited channels was unable to hookup firestick, does have wi-fi, bathroom is standing room only very small and hard to move around, located across from multiple restaurants and shopping center”

“I found a bed bug behind my pillow case and it was so disgusting to see and find I stayed in a hotel for four days. The deposit was $60. Rooms were 70 when I called downstairs told them that I found the bedbug under my pillowcase and they said they was just moved me to another room I told them that I was going to check out and if they had any type of way, they could confiscate me, confiscate me and they told me no and that they couldn’t give me anything off…wouldn’t recommend this room to anyone.also once I got to front desk almost were ripped off deposit but ended up getting my 60 deposit back because I put up fuss”
