Brian was really helpful and professional when working on the security/control4 system at my home. He fixed a lot of my security, wifi, and home entertainment issues. I also felt comfortable and safe when he was working in my home which is a big thing for me when inviting a stranger in. I will be continuing with Horner Networks and would recommend Brian to anyone looking for quality service.

Our technician, Chad, was extraordinary. He was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and friendly. Chad spent hours identifying our personal television and audio needs. He removed outdated hardware, decreased and organized wires, and made "our system" so much easier to use. My husband and I could not be more grateful for his hard work and expertise.

We recently updated our security system through Horner Security. We are pleased with the additions we made and feel much more secure.The technician that came to our home was very thorough and made sure we understand the system. He took the time to make sure everything was right and answered all our questions.

Julie in the office has always been very professional whenever I made contact with questions or setting up an appointment.Technician Colin has been here at our residence on a few occasions.We are very impressed with his troubleshooting knowledge as well as his can-do attitude on addressing any given situation to make a successful outcome of completing the task at hand. His customer service skills are at high levels. It's a pleasure to do business with this highly reputable company.

Very disappointed with this entire experience. When first meeting with the representative, it seemed as though I was promised much more than what was delivered. A specific mount that I thought was included in the original proposal ended up not being included and an excessive charge was added on after the fact (i.e. I was not given the ability to approve the additional charges until after the work was done and I was billed for it). I feel I received a proportionately small value for the excessive cost that was billed to me. I would recommend steering clear of this service and making sure you shop around to understand what other offer and charge for their services.

Colin the technician was on time, texted me before he came. He covered his boots so not to track in snow inside my house. He was friendly and explained everything very clearly. He had a mask on . I always appreciate calling the office and having Julie explain things to me. I highly recommend Horner Networks.
