I purchased a Honda CRV Hybrid and was assisted by Ian Fogelman. Ian was friendly, helpful, respectful and polite. He answered all of my questions, and I never felt pressured. When I picked up my new vehicle, he spent a lot of time reviewing the many features of the car with me until I was comfortable.
