Went to get some things for an truck I had just bought made sure to ask if the battery I was buying was a direct fit for what I needed and of course it is not $30 later another wasted trip if you are going there for older RC parts take part #s bald guy does a very good acting job of knowing what he is talking about at least he couldn't screw up the fuel and glow igniter will definitely be my last trip to Hobbytown

You’d think that a group of grown men that work at a toy store would have better attitudes. Not at this place. Awful customer service. Brought my son here to buy a couple trucks and stood around waiting for help while 2 of the workers behind the counter just paced back and forth, unwilling to ask if I needed anything. When I finally asked for help grabbing a truck from the back wall to purchase, the dude acted like the sky was falling. Won’t be back to this place. Ever.

The best I can say is they had most of what I went in for. Luckily I had a 12 year old boy with me because he knew a lot more about remote control cars than the 2 guys working the register. I was not greeted when I went in and was not thanked after spending a lot of money. They should do better.

Very unprofessional, the guys just sit there with blank faces. All i did was ask for oil, because I couldnt find it. The guy just said yes and walked away. I had to follow and ask if I could buy it.
