I can’t say enough about Denise and staff. I started going to Healthy Solutions to feel better about myself, mind and body. I have been on this wellness journey for about 4 years now and never have felt better. I consider Denise a good friend. She has helped me through so much and is my biggest cheerleader. She really listens when I am struggling and gives me healthy options, but she will never push any products on me. Going to Healthy Solutions has been the best decision I have made for myself. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

The customer service here at Healthy Solutions MD is Great!
I've gone to other Wellness centers and there's a lot of them out there, however this one stands out because of their patience and knowledge of healthy solutions that's customized for me. Denise listens and encourages various aspects of healthy living.

I have been coming to Healthy Solutions MD since they started in 2017. They have always been very professional and polite. I love this place. Thank you so much with helping me with my anemia. Your products give me so much energy! These products help me keep up with my three small grandchildren, ages 2, 6 and 11. As a senior citizen, I highly recommend healthy solutions for maintaining a a healthy lifestyle change.

The initial transaction occurred on May 7, 2024 when I paid $519 to Denise Marsh who is the owner of healthy solutions MD in mentor, Ohio. I was promised that I would receive weight loss medication (phentermine) every month for three months. I received the medication in May, but I have not received Medication for June for which I was promised. I have reached out to the business owner, Denise marsh, who continues to make excuses and not fulfill her promises. I am seeking a refund for the two months membership that I have not received medication for. I reached out to Denise Marsh via text and phone and, even though she has responded, no resolution such as a pro rated refund has taken place. I have asked for her to send me their refund policy, but I have not received that communication. She claims that they do not offer refunds, but that was never communicated when I first signed up on May 7, 2024.

I contacted Healthy Solutions for weight loss. I tried some of their weight loss pills that did not work for me. I look into their Semaglutide program and did extensive research on it. I spent considerable time with Denise and the Doctor asking lots of questions. I decided to give it a try. I had to pay upfront for it which was $1200. The doctor that did a telephone conference call with me did not approve me for the Semaglutide. I was so grateful that she did her due diligence and pick up on the fact that this would not be a good fit for me. I am eternally thankful for her knowledge and expertise. I’m sure it’s saved me from getting really really sick.They have a no refund policy and you cannot get your money back . Hum it makes me wonder?What an outrageously expensive lesson to learn. This was on me. I should have read the fine print. They only offer you other products, which is not why I went to them. I went for weight loss. They did offer me a more natural weight loss program with vitamins, drops etc. They offered me other things as well. I went to them for weight loss not the other items that they told me I could get. In my opinion they should not take your money until you are approved by the Doctor. If you go there for a particular weight loss product and the Doctor does not approve you then you should get your money back.Also when I expressed my opinion I was not treated well. What an expensive lesson learned I’m out $1200.

Cannot say enough about my experience and the entire team and process. From intake to touch points I was always in wonderful hands. Highly recommend for all sorts of wellness needs. I am in a much better place physically having found them!!

These guys are great. The programs work if you follow the advice. The support is great and I follow there suggestions. They know there stuff. Last year I weighed 230 I quit loosing weight at 200. Bought into there program and I am now down to 176, I needed a boost and this guys provided me with it.

The doctors and staff are awesome. Their services really help you reach your weight loss goals but the office went to a new billing arrangement, through a service that absolutely sucks. Very unfortunate. Want to give 5 stars but its -3 for loss of business.
