“I love OTF Mentor. Coach Ryan is amazing, and so are Coaches Bella and Tyler. Coach Matthew is new, and he's great too. Amazing environment, clean facilities, great music. They make you feel special at OTF Mentor. Very tough workout, but this place and this team makes it fun.”
“At Tripoint Athletics, my journey was more than just about getting fit; it was a transformative experience that reshaped not only my body but my outlook on life. This place is special not just for its top-notch facilities or diverse training programs, but for the incredible community spirit that envelops you the moment you step in. The sense of camaraderie here is unlike any other, with coaches and fellow members becoming more than just workout partners—they're comrades in arms, pushing you forward, celebrating your victories, and supporting you through challenges.Tripoint became a sanctuary for me, a place where I could seek not only physical but also mental and emotional growth. It embodies the belief that true strength comes from overcoming hardships, not shying away from them. The community here taught me to embrace discomfort, to quiet the voice inside that says "you can't," and to discover the extent of my own resilience. The ethos of "getting comfortable with the uncomfortable," championed by the coaches, resonated deeply with me. It wasn't just about pushing physical boundaries but about applying this philosophy to every aspect of life. Tripoint taught me that facing challenges head-on is where real growth happens, whether it's in the gym, personal life, or professional endeavors.Joining Tripoint Athletics was a pivotal moment for me. It was here that I learned the value of collective strength and shared goals. Every session felt like a step forward, not just towards a healthier body, but towards a more fulfilled and resilient self. This place isn't just about physical training; it's about building a community where everyone lifts each other up, striving to be better than yesterday, together.Through years of battling depression, Tripoint became my beacon of hope. It was a reminder that I didn't have to face my struggles alone. The support and motivation I found in this community were instrumental in not just overcoming my personal battles but in inspiring me to make a difference in the lives of others.Tripoint Athletics isn't just a gym; it's a way of life. It taught me that every day is an opportunity to surpass your previous self, to turn failures into stepping stones, and to find strength in unity. This fitness center helped me rediscover my inner strength and resilience, proving that with the right support and mindset, anything is possible.Find your beacon…. ‘You are strong ? “- Lewis”

Tim and Alex are the owners, and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, as well as answer any questions you might have. They are respectful and keep a very CLEAN gym. I have been training with Tim for a while now, and I have seen physical and mental improvement. I have seen a lot of progress with my body. I feel more confident when walking into a gym. Tim is very thorough when training. He makes sure to demonstrate while giving instructions and safety knowledge. Tim gives a lot of positive praise and is very supportive. I love this gym! 10/10 recommend!!!”

Members are required to clean equipment after use and staff also clean certain items. There are limits on people using the hot hot tub and pool. Locker rooms are open and doors should be left open afterwards for cleaning.”

They have classes like spin, yoga, and others! It’s nice because the gym is 24/7 now, I can work out at 3am if I wanted. The front desk workers are very kind and the manager is a cool guy!”
“Great gym/rec center...especially for the value. Formally the Heisley Racquet Club...it has all the racquet sports including tennis, pickleball and racquetball. There is also 2 basketball courts, indoor soccer, indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, steam room, sauna, big locker rooms and a large gym. There is even a golf simulator. For everything they have, the price is great. You can also do $10 day pass.If you are planning on using the lockeoom...you need to bring everything. There is no towels or soaps or anything. They have basketballs, tennis racquets and things to rent for free if you need it.”

“The best gym/ community you could ask for. I've been with Mentality for just over a year, and the coaches and other members are amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and offers a supportive environment. I've been to a few other crossfit gyms over the years, but Mentality is unbeatable.”
