I arrived 45 minutes before they closed and they would not let me sign in. There were 3 other people(men) waiting so that was their reason I guess and let me walk. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Requested style: A dry trim with subtle layers. No water added to my hair prior to cutting.
Hair type: Have extremely long curly hair, haven’t cut it professionally in a few years. Had a bad experience with great clips years ago was super nervous, but Tina was amazingly kind and listened to all the requests.
Stylist: Tina and she listened to my requests amazingly and asked if length was okay before cutting.

I needed a buzz cut I'm balding on top but have hair in the back and sides which looks silly! So i went online signed in at 4:30pm i didn't arrive until 5:15 pm only had to wait a few minutes, the lady stylist was pleasant and did a nice job. Only cost $18.00 and a tip. I'll definitely go back.

I brought my son in to get his haircut, I saw Kim was working and asked if she could do his hair. Now mind you, Kim's has done all my haircuts even when I was a kid myself, I'm 32 now. Just wanted to say Thanks Kim! Thanks for being there, you're a great person. Kim did such a great job on his haircut, I will never forget how happy he was just from a simple fresh new haircut!

Checked in Online before arriving on Veterans Day. Waiting in the lobby while employees were popping their heads out from the back room. No other customers there, employees all eating and drinking food. No acknowledgment whatsoever, I left after 10 minutes of waiting. The sad thing is, I have an office in Colonial Plaza, a big tipper, and I would have been a repeat customer.
