I’m not sure how this pharmacy doesn’t have 5 stars especially considering the other local pharmacies. They answer the phone quickly. They offer Good RX if your prescription is expensive. They are knowledgeable in medications. If they are out of medications, they either order it and have it within 24 hours or call other local Giant Eagle pharmacies to fill it that day. The staff is always friendly. I wouldn’t use any other pharmacy in Mentor.

I never leave reviews but the people at Tyler Giant Eagle pharmacy are the best. My insurance mandated I had to buy name brand for my medication, easily would've cost over $150. Without asking they filled it for the generic brand under Good RX for $30. They're always efficient, helpful, and friendly.

Called for price of Rx to see if I could afford it. She told me no. Only pharmacy I called that refused my request.

They don't seem to care about customer service here. They tell you one thing and it's not the truth.. Told me my prescription would be ready at 2 PM they would text me.. I called it 1130 it was ready and sitting there I never got a text or a phone call.. Just a lot of unfriendly conversation and not very helpful

Well, I only give reviews if they are warranted. Either extremely good or extremely bad. This unfortunately is BAD. It happens I know.... Nothing is perfect. But in a world of ugliness, we need less of this garbage!- Dropped off a script one evening, they said it'll be ready in 15min. Great! We ran a couple errands, came back and they said they don't have it,... we had to order it, so come back in the morning! I was disappointed, perhaps though, we could of gotten a phone call to let us know that??? That would of been nice! But, again it happens..... Came back the next morning, guess what? It's not ready. They said it will be 15 min. ? What's crazy it was MID morning! And this gentleman, BLAKE is his name, was being very rude, as well as Renee! After we explained what WE were TOLD to do, He says, "they should of said afternoon!" Blah blah blah. Blake and Renee, for being in the position they are in with the public, should NOT be there! I never have had trouble with G. E. Pharmacys in the past, HOWEVER, we will NOT go back anymore! Who needs to be delt with RUDLY, when it was all THEIR doing, or NOT doing I should say.

When I think of Giant Eagle Pharmacy I think of a 5 star top shelf people. They are always nice caring. I totally recommend them.

I walked into the Giant Eagle pharmacy in Mentor for my appointment to get my booster shot and they said they’re only doing Covid shots for kids today. And I’m like… I scheduled this appointment weeks ago. It sent me an appointment reminder 3 times in the last week stating that it was a Moderna shot for 18+. I work 3 jobs. I had to request the day off to be here. I had to do a lot to make this happen. And they literally said that they can see I have an 18+ appointment but they didn’t call me to cancel. They “don’t have time” to give me the shot today. IT TAKES 5 SECONDS. I filled out all of the paperwork online before I got to the pharmacy. They called MOL. They won’t do it either. They “don’t vaccinate adults on the weekends”. I literally cried in front of this man. This is an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism. And now I won’t be able to get it and have the 2 week period to be fully immunized before Christmas with family who isn’t vaccinated and I’m immunocompromised. I’m so frustrated. I’ve had COVID twice already. It is not “just a cold” for someone with multiple autoimmune disorders. How can you just not vaccinate adults on the weekends?

I had no problem transferring a prescription from a different pharmacy. I even got a phone call telling me that they were out of stock and couldn’t fill my prescription until the next day which saved me an unnecessary trip. My experience with giant eagle was great
