Overall the whole process of the getting the information for generator was very smooth and professional. The installation team was also very professional and they explained to me everything they were doing. The only thing I would have liked to have would be a follow up after the install was how to set up the wireless mobile link app to my phone and information regarding if have any issues with the generator regarding warranty etc. Overall a positive experience.

We contacted Generator One immediately after the major storms/outages in August. Patrick came out to assess our needs and provide us with a quote. He was so nice and professional. We were able to purchase our Generac with Generator One through Home Depot. The pricing and financing options were great, and we were able to get an installation date within two months.
Matt, Nick, and Andrew performed the installation. They were all very nice, professional, and thorough. They answered all our questions, and when installation was complete, they walked me through all the features and performed a test power outage. Everything worked perfectly. A couple weeks later, the main power was out for roughly an hour, and the Generac kicked on and performed exactly as it should. We’re very grateful for how easy and seamless the Team at Generator One made the entire process. Thank you so much, Patrick, Matt, Nick, and Andrew!

Josh was phenomenal!
He showed me how to clean my unit, best practices on products to use, how to top off oil, gave me a new key to my unit, and gave me confidence in my decision to work with Generator One!

The generator installation that I had done today by the Generator One team which included Nick, .com Tanner, and Andrew was absolutely professional. The entire experience with Generator One from the upfront sales person Mike and the whole team was phenomenal. additionally, I had interaction with Matt on a couple of different issues which he completely resolved in the most customer efficient manner. Great job, great team, great company!

Generator One, Mike Metcalf's crew installed our home Generac 7/26/24. They were professional and informative. Their work was very neat, we are extremely happy with their work. We would recommend them to anyone that is looking to install a home generator. Great people to work with. Mike Metcalf is great to deal with. He was very informative and took his time explaining everything. Thanks Mike, we will definitely recommend you!! We've had the generator eleven days, and we needed it, and it came on like a charm. It's running now, for 7 hours.

We love our Generac Generator. This company has excellent customer service. Our generator failed during the 5 day power outage in Lake county. They answered our call and a service person was out in an hour. Issue was repaired and we were up and running. Highly recommend this company.

Brand new unit 24k - failed after 40 hours. Generac Corp has been awful. Service tech explained Generac is experiencing major QC problems. Our emergency back-up power decision is now looking like a complete expensive failure.
Update - Known quality control issues on parts coming from China - Rotor, brushes, rings. Generac knows and admits this and should be offering extended warranties parts/labor. So we bought a unit with known defective parts, experienced a failure during an emergency power outage and Generac offers zilch. We have to pay for the labor to have defective parts replaced. The car industry has oversight, it's called a recall. Why not a manufacturer????

Kevin, John and Nick showed up on April 15 to install our Generac whole house generator. They were extremely polite and very efficient. Our neighborhood lost power 14 weeks later for 47 hours. Our Generac performed flawlessly and we could not be more pleased.

The installers were efficient and professional.
Added benefit was we lost power 30 seconds after they tested the system. The generator system worked perfectly!
