Beyond annoyed that they have a deal going on for 4 for $40 for anything that was less than $20 each. We picked out our games, go up to pay and the one game had a wrong sticker on it making it too much for the deal now. Not our fault. Clearly marked on the correct title w/in the deal for $18.99 and they would not honor it. If the price was listed it should have been honored. He called his boss and they wouldn’t honor it either. Bad business.

First of all they don't do military discount for new games lol. What a joke. Only for used games and merch. Second of all I can't use the 5 dollars I get from my pro membership towards a game?? Yeah digital is the future I guess. SMH GameStop is not what it was.

I visited GameStop on mentor ave, mentor Oh yesterday and I had a decent experience. Let me tell you more about it in detail. I was looking for a new game to play on my PS5, which I bought a few weeks ago. I heard that GameStop had a good selection of games and accessories, so I decided to check it out.I arrived at the store around noon, and it was quite crowded. There were a lot of people browsing the shelves, playing demos, and chatting with the staff. The store was divided into sections by game genres, consoles, and merchandise. I headed straight to the PS5 section, hoping to find something interesting. The PS5 section was smaller than I expected. There were only a few games on display, and most of them were out of stock. I asked one of the staff members if they had any more games in the back, but he said they didn't. He explained that the PS5 was very popular and they had trouble keeping up with the demand. He apologized for the inconvenience and suggested that I could order any game I wanted online through their website.I thanked him for his help, but I was a bit disappointed. I wanted to buy a game right away, not wait for it to be delivered. I decided to look around the store a bit more, maybe I would find something else that caught my eye.The staff member was busy but polite. He greeted me with a smile and answered my questions patiently. He seemed to know a lot about games and consoles, and he gave me some recommendations based on my preferences. He also told me about some of the deals and promotions they had going on, such as buy one get one free, trade-in offers, and loyalty rewards. The store was organized and the prices were fair. The games were arranged alphabetically by title, and they had labels with ratings, reviews, and descriptions. The prices were clearly marked, and they matched the online prices. They also had a price match guarantee, which meant that they would match any lower price from a competitor. The accessories were also well-displayed, and they had a variety of options for controllers, headsets, chargers, and cases.I ended up buying a couple of games for my PS4, which I still use sometimes. They were older titles, but they were on sale and they looked fun. I also bought a new controller for my PS5, since mine was starting to wear out. The checkout process was quick and easy, and the cashier was friendly and efficient. This is not the best GameStop I have ever been to, but it's not the worst either. It's decent. It has its pros and cons, like any other store. I wish they had more PS5 games in stock, but I understand that it's not their fault. They tried their best to accommodate me and offer me alternatives. They have good customer service and reasonable prices. They also have a lot of other products that might interest me in the future.I would recommend this GameStop to anyone who is looking for games or accessories for their consoles. It's not perfect, but it's worth a visit.

What’s the point of having hours disclosed when they’re not updated or accurate? Closing almost an hour earlier than displayed

Excellent customer service experience, I was so tired after taking the bus and walking and the girl brought me a chair to sit in while my kids shopped and played with the demos. Such a nice girl, I really appreciated it.
