I purchase a gun online and had it sent to this facility to pick up. The owner would not transfer it into my name because the first name on my i.d. was shortened compared to my birth certificate. Middle name, last name, address, social security number are all the same and he said I need to get a new i.d. So basically he got a free gun at my expense. I would not recommend this business.

The staff was very rude, brought them a 1 month old pistol with 300 rounds in new condition and the staff proceeded to argue and imply that it was old and worn down. Pretty much implying I was a liar. Horrible experience. I really hoped for better considering I had the receipt with the date of purchase but we didn't get that far before I felt really insulted. Owell. I wish them nothing but blessings regardless.
