When I visit FedEx, it is usually for a large order of copies or to send small docs. Today I had a large package for shipment and of course FedEx went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated as needed. They are consistent no matter what the job is. Thank you!

Annoyed customer.I walked in and told employee I had a package returning to walmart from an online order. Immediately she informed me FedEx did not do any Walmart returns as they are Fed Ex Office, and i would have to return by ups store.I told her I just came from willoughby to mentor due to power outage, and was told their scanner was Down but mentor Fed ex could take my return.I then explained I have qr code and on the information it says to take to FedEx store location. It seemed she wasn't even going to let me explain just told me to take it to UPSstore.I proceeded to tell her I have a code and I would like to at least look and try to check, she did agree to look at what I had... it scanned.. surprise!This package came in a clear plastic bag. Well she proceeded to tell me I needed to purchase a $4 bag to send it back unless I had a box. I went to the car, got a box, and she gave me some tape... felt like she was mad she had to help a customer. Straight face, impatient that I didn't tape quickly enough, retaped for me because I guess I didn't tape it well enough...I thanked her anyway for the tape and her assistance and left. Before I came in she was on her phone. When I left she was back on her phone facing away from customers.Disappointing service.Tonight 6:15pm-6:30pm 1/5/24.

Amber was absolutely exceptional and I wish I could shout from the roof tops how wonderful of a job she did. She not only walked me through what I needed but provided helpful suggestions. I left the store feeling more confident and that my project was in good hands.

I walked in with a big old box really confused as to what to do, and it was really busy. This employee who was behind the counter helping another customer walks all the way over to me, continues his conversation with the other customer while speaking to me at the same time. Meanwhile, this magical wizard of an employee grabs the box from me, hands me a piece of paper and said I was all set. It was the most interesting experience. I was dumbfounded and amazed at how easy that was and how incredibly awesome that employee worked his sorcery. He deserves a raise. Really tall guy who can pick big boxes up with one arm. Can’t miss him.

Had two bulky items to ship and was struggling with the recipients return process. Virginia took care of me and went above and beyond to help resolve. Store is a little far for me, but wouldn't hesitate to return for future needs.

Recently, I went to this former Kinkos location for business cards. I would not recommend anyone use this service. First, the cards were horrible in quality.Then, I was asked to pay more than double the price I was quoted. I would, however, recommend minuteman printing on mentor avenue instead.They were reasonable in price and a million times better quality and customer service.

Please never ever give this place your business. When I went in the rep Brad was bickering with another employee maybe manager which was entirely unprofessional. Worse yet I paid for fragile packing and shipped on 45 lbs electronic amp they used a sheet of bubble wrap around the unit and a couple sheets of packing paper. Completely unacceptable and the package was of course damaged in shipping. My buyer was devasted as this is a rare unique vintage amp his dad used to own the same model. It is not easily replaced.Furthermore, when at the store the rep Brad placed this heavy amp on two other boxes right in front of me and crushed those boxes and almost toppled my amp onto the floor right in the store. The bottom line is that this store has a toxic employee culture which trickles down to lack of care in anything they do. Reading the other reviews confirms this, will be giving my money to literally any other shipping service. Utter disgrace of service here.

Was told one price over the phone about black and white copies and no mention of a “service fee”. The guy on the phone said 17 cents per black and white copy but when it was rung out it was 20 cents a copy. When I asked what this fee was the employee said “you didn’t ask about a fee”. What a scam. Just lost my business for life after going there for 3 years for other services

I am beyond upset at FedEx !!!! They lost my package I shipped out! I called multiple times with zero resolution!! I tried to file complaints and get confirmation and the reps on the other line just stop talking to you or they hang up! Everyone seems like they hate their jobs at FedEx! I am so disgusted I cannot believe my experience !!!

My son went to get one piece of paper enlarged to past on a game board. Got charged almost 30.00. Added all these extra charges. Will never shop there again.

It was nice to simply sending my things thru FedEx without hassle,long lines, crowds!!!!The associate was very helpful and I was in& Out in 15minutes!!!! ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
