I brought my car in for window tinting to be added on the 2 front door windows & the windshield. The tinting appears to be decent, however it was their custom service that sucked. When I picked my car up, I immediately noticed they removed my state inspection sticker. When I asked them if they had it, the guy acted like he didn't realize I was not an Ohio residence and that he screwed up by taking it off. He immediately changed his tune & informed me the sticker had to come off in order for the tint to adhere properly (many tinting businesses in PA can tint around the sticker just fine -
I wish I had just gone to one of them). When I asked if they had it, the guy acted annoyed and said it was in pieces and he'd have to dig through the garbage. I decided to just leave. My husband called to ask if we could get reimbursed for the cost of a PA state inspection, because since I didn't get the sticker back, I had to get my car re-inspected. The guy only offered to refund $25. The inspection costs $76. After a bit of disagreeing and pointing out that he was being a shady business & not doing the right thing, the guy hung up on my husband. If you're looking to be treated like you're in the wrong & not communicated to properly, and getting the sense that you're annoying the guy behind the desk, then this place is for you. All we wanted was for them to do the right thing, yet here I am leaving a bad review simply from the bad customer service experience we had.

Fastlane did an amazing job on leveling / lifting my 2021 Silverado. The staff is super helpful and have great prices for quality work. Do not hesitate at all to give them a call and have them work on your next project!

The guy in the office was rude and un-helpful. Acted like he was having a bad day and my presence was making it worse. After ordering the incorrect remote starter for my car, he made some calls but, could not get me done according to the appointment. He never called me back to re-schedule. Considering this was a recommended supplier, it was a very disappointing experience.

Fast and easy! I called them regarding my new vehicle, provided a quote on the spot. Appointment was made for a few days out, took roughly 4 hours since I had dropped it off prior to them opening. And I was very impressed with both the outcome and pricing. I would highly recommend Fastlane and will definitely be returning in the near future for other vehicles to be done!Just for reference, one photo was day of purchase, other is after windows were completed. 5% tint

Always a good decision to have Fastlane do it! I have been going to them for about a decade to get various add-ons. Their excellent at tinting. I have to bring up my most recent purchase of a bed cover. They helped me decide which one to get from their expertise and the showroom. I also did some of my own researching and pricing. It was a no brainer to go with them. They were very competitively priced with quick shipping. The install price was factored into the quote I got. Also the specific product I purchased, qualified for an extended warranty through the manufacturer because I bought it and had it installed with Fastlane. The guys there were great.
