Absolutely cannot recommed this company due to their unethical business pratices. Find another vendor who will not cheat you. I Ordered hardware online. 3 days later they mailed to say that is was backordered and would not be available for 3-4 weeks to ship. I immediately notified them that i could not wait and immediately cancelled. Then they had the nerve to charge a restocking fee for the order they said they could not ship on time. I contacted Jordan Kramer there and asked that this be corrected, and was and was rather bluntly told the fee stood.

Ordered a custom mortise set from locksetsonly.com - it was incorrectly handed. Waited 3 weeks for this. They will not call me - but instead send me one sentence emails. Ridiculous and unacceptable. I plan to contact the better business bureau. Do not order from them.

I ordered two sets of locks. They arrived in two shipments in two weeks. upon opening, the locks were dented and rusted. I emailed them for a return and they promised to send over new locks the next day. I would wait until few days later, got an email again telling me to send them the pictures of the dented products or else they will not send the replacement. I thought, wait a minute, you did not allow me to return the junk, and then want me to prove that to you before you can send me the replacement? what kind of customers service it is? never ever buy from them.

My credit card was fraudulently used at this location. The card was not swiped. Credit card company confirmed the card number was entered by the vendor. Beware of this company.

We are very happy with our order from LockSetsOnly.com. We were able to find the exact style we liked. We ordered on Monday 8 pm, the handle set was deivered by Friday 3 pm. Amazon Prime would have been a day faster, but would have cost $20.00 more, and not had the interior handle we like best! Happy to post this review.

I'm finishing my basement and needed to match the existing knobs from upstairs. I found some similar knobs at Home Depot but I wasn't happy with them. For slightly less I was able to locate the Yale Horizons hardware in the same finish from Sawmill Building Systems website LockSetsOnly.com. I ordered them Tuesday afternoon and I just noticed FedEx had dropped them off. It's 8 am, it was less than two days. The knobs are an exact match and cost less than generic knobs at Home Depot. I was unsure of Sawmill Building Systems and saw these negative Yelp reviews after I ordered. I was worried I wasn't going to see the knobs for months or they were going to be the wrong thing and I'd have to deal with returning them. I wanted to share my experience because it was fantastic. I could not be happier.

Orderd seven high end locksets. They shipped them after a couple of days and sent me the tracking #. A week later when they arrived I found that they had back ordered three sets. After numerous calls and e-mails I finally got the guy responsible, His soulution was to tel me to wait. He believed that they would recieve some in a couple of weeks, or I could just accept a partial shipment. The nice thing about credit card purchases is that you definetly have a recouse when you encouter vendors such as this... I took me some time, but in the end thier poor customer service, lousy communication and shady business practices will coust them...

Be aware of 25-30% restocking fee. I purchased door hardware through Sawmill's online store LockSetsOnly.com and returned it because it was not close to the color I expected. When I returned my hardware I was charged a 25% restocking fee. I was not told that there would be a restocking fee.
