The sales person was courteous but I purchased a phone that didn't work and the battery life was bad and it wasn't working. I was told the phone I purchased was a mash up of other phones. They wouldn't refund me the money. I am writing on behalf of my friend Barbara Becvar.

My first visit was $170.00 he replaced my sim card reader.

30 days later $90.00 he said now that the Sim card was no good. I could wait two weeks for free sim card or pay 90.00 for immediate sim replacement. I explained that people are saying I now sound muffled. He assured me on both visits that everything was fixed.
I have a samsung galaxy 24 that still sounds muffled and has issues.
No I did not drop it or leave it to get too hot. As was suggested by him. $270.00 later still not working. Im not going back. The third time is not a charm.

His customer service is exceptional, and he truly goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Unlike many businesses that seem more interested in making a quick buck, Chris genuinely cares about his customers and their needs.
While the initial quality of the repairs on my iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone XR, and iPhone 12 Pro Max wasn't perfect, Chris's exceptional customer service more than made up for it. When the screens proved to be less durable than expected and the facial recognition on my iPhone XR was damaged, Chris listened attentively to my concerns and offered a solution that exceeded my expectations. He provided me with a replacement device while they worked to fix the issues, ensuring I didn't have to go without a functioning phone.

My experience with Express Phone Repair in Mentor was Wonderful !! I called for an appointment and was told to see Chris, the technician. Chris was Right on time with my appointment. He was very concerned that the phone needed a battery. I had a choice between two priced batteries. He let me make my choice.I went with the more expensive one because Chris explained the value and the warranty difference. I was very impressed with his salesmanship and knowledge for the Best battery for my Samsung Ultra

I rarely leave reviews but my horrific experience with this business warrants one. I gave them my computer to do an elementary upgrade to the operating system. They screwed it all up from day one and day one was just the beginning. They are complete computer hacks that have no clue what they are doing. I had to return the computer about 7 times because of all the problems with the installation. A full 90 days later the computer was still crashing 2-3 times and when I took it back again they promptly refused to spend any more time trying to clean up the mess that they created. Making matters worse I paid them in full more than $400 to do the work. I had to take the computer to Geek Squad so that they could redo the entire installation from scratch. That cost me another $350 but I had no choice.
I am leaving this review to warn anyone who is considering taking their computer to this store and these people. Whatever you do, do not leave your computer in the hands of these morally bankrupt computer hacks. Take my advice and stay as far away from this business as you can. There are plenty of other local computer repair shops that will provide quality work and get the job done at a fair price and actually do it right and complete the work.
This is not one of them.
