Awful experience! The acrylic nails they did for my teenager looked terrible. The free edge of the nails fanned out like a fish tail and they refused to fix them after I had asked. They only offered to remove and told us to go elsewhere. They made us wait before they removed them. This is poor customer service and we will never go back.

This is the only place within 50 miles of Cleveland I will trust to do a quality dip manicure. The color selection is amazing and the nails last for 5+ weeks every time. The cost is reasonable and the staff has always been friendly. This is a local, small business worth supporting.Services: Pedicure

I scheduled an appointment for 11am. They got the massage chair and pedicure station ready. I sat, read my book and waited approximately 30 minutes for technician. Found out there was a family emergency so they were short staffed. I didn't mind since chair and foot soak were relaxing. Excellent pedicure. Salon was very clean. Will definitely go back.

I have been to this salon a total of 4 times in the past 6 months for a gel manicure. The first two times things went well and I received good service and the manicure was very professional . The 3rd time the tech gouged at my cuticles until 2 bled and never even apologized. I tried a 4th time just a week ago I made an appointment for a mani-pedi. She rushed through the gel mani (the polish has lumps and bumps and she checked me out before the pedi so I told her to forget it. I won't be coming back. A visit to the nail salon is not a necessity but it is a small indulgence for me, I won't waste any further funds at this place.

I made an appointment for 5pm today. I waited over 20 minutes and finally left. I was in a hurry and leaving for vacation tomorrow. This really upset me. I will not return.
