be wary of dealing with these folks. i ordered a christmas present, before christmas, from escape pod online. i never received the item before christmas. when i contacted them to inquire about the item, they told me they were trying to settle back in after the holiday rush and that they would be shipping out the item i ordered “tomorrow.” well, “tomorrow” was 12 days ago. no item. so, i emailed them again, about a week ago, asking where the item i ordered was. this time, crickets. no reply. so, i emailed them yet again tonight. i wonder if they will answer this time. shameful for a business to be so sloppy and flip about a customer’s order. it has now has been over a month since i placed my original order. so, here i am on google, leaving a public complaint, telling my cautionary tale to future customers. escape pod done escaped with my money. ?

There are so many vendors out there, and the knowledge of this business owner is questionable; especially when he ships worldwide. Kept trying to charge me international shipping & handling fees for a domestic address(APO Box). I can understand if that type of address is new for someone who hasn't experienced it before, but when you stick to an outlandish price, even with USPS links and quotes - it shows that markup is their main goal, even with contrary facts.

Poor quality vinyl printing. Doesn't even stay stuck to the paper they print it on. I ordered a custom print the paper is 3m scotchcal film.

I made 2 orders from them. First time they sent the completely wrong product. The second order I asked them not to ship UPS, because they charged me over $100 extra in brokerage and import tax. Which they agreed to ship USPS after I emailed them to request it. They still sent UPS and I had to pay an extra $100 again on top of the shipping cost when it arrived. Extremely unhappy with the service and the fact they didn't listen. Switched to Thisoldgame and am much happier with the service.

Absolutely terrible artwork, almost like it was copied from a copy. I've actually heard it was. Never buying from again.
