I kinda wish tht they verbally tell you tht you may not get the design you want. That’s the whole point of the cost I would’ve gotten something much more simpler. It’s the thought tht counts though so no worries ❤️❤️

I’m very disappointed with my last purchase. Actually, I was embarrassed! I purchased the birthday dipped strawberries for my mother in law and the strawberries were very small, skimpy dipped, and some were not very ripe!!! I put in a request for customer service to contact me-sadly nothing! I will say the delivery service was prompt and friendly. I’ll think twice before ordering anything more for this location.

It was an interesting experience dealing with this company over the phone. Not much information comes forward unless you are prepared, or a returning customer. I had trouble even with some pictures, in determining how many people these very expensive fruits would serve. The cost to me seems way too high when I could get fruits from the grocery for much less to feed many more. Next time, that is what I will do. I will give a high mark for delivery. Although delivery is charged, the cost is reasonable and reliable.

I am absolutely embarrassed for this business owner. Today myself, and an employee of mine, came in to purchase a gift card for a raffle basket we are putting together for a local nonprofit fundraising event. When we stepped into the store, we were greeted by a nice gentleman and when I told him that we were looking to get a gift card for our raffle basket, he quickly told me he would get his manager and rushed to the back. I figured he was thinking we were looking for a donation, however, I never asked for a donation and we were happy to purchase our item for this basket. When the manager, Cindy, came out to greet us, we were met with a dismissive and condescending attitude. Cindy explained that she "only does gift certificates for her customers...are you a customer in our computer system?" to which I replied no and asked what the difference was between us coming into the store vs a customer in her "computer system". She very rudely said "asking for free items?" and I looked at her confused as I was quite literally holding my credit card in my hand, planning to pay for whatever we needed. I said "no, we are paying for it" and showed her my card, to which she responded "no we don't do that". We promptly left. Not only did she assume we were asking for handouts (which we most certainly did not), but she met us with an absolutely horrible attitude and never even asked questions to clarify if she was confused. Had she asked, I could have explained to her what we were looking for and she could have made a sale out of it.Without a doubt, this was the most unprofessional and downright disrespectful service I have ever received. I am embarrassed for Edible Arrangements if they have franchise managers/owners who treat their customers that way.

I personally didn't purchase these myself but my step father purchased from here for us and the mango was my favorite. Im sure these are more on the expensive side so I won't be buying them myself lol. But I do recommend you try them out its delicious.

After spending over $400 with edible Arrangements in the last year, $200 yesterday alone , the refused to give me the free box of birthday fruit that they emailed me about to come and redeem at my closest location. They were extremely rude and told me I had to make a purchase first. I will never purchase from Edible Arrangements again.

I placed a order at 3pm just to have a lady call me a hr later telling me they are closing in 20mins ?. But I feel the lady at the store should have called earlier the. A hr later cause I would have planned something else this gift was for my grandma who turned 90 yrs old . I have called corp at 877 customer service number and the office no answer this is horrible

I ordered several things for Valentine's Day for my daughters to be delivered to our home. Unfortunately they didn't have flowers they were out of them ( was told I would be refunded, I have not been) also the stuffed animal that I ordered for my little girl they ran out of and I was told I was going to be substituted for additional cupcakes since I ALREADY ordered 4. I was not!!! Yes, I was not and wait it.....I did email the location and stated this. If I wasn't going to be accommodated nor refunded nor substituted then you would think I would get a credit for all of the things I paid for ( $200)Also by 6:45pm it wasn't delivered, and we had plans to leave and go out so we ended up picking it up!YES I was very disappointed ☹️But my children do know,I did try to but it was not my fault!!PS. My Blue loved the chocolate covered strawberries and Kyllee told me,the cupcake was good ❤️

Ordered here for Valentimes day. Chocolate covered strawberries. They were huge and so tasty! Wife got me an arrangement and cookies last year delivered to my work. Everything was also so fresh and the cookies were gone very quickly. Shared with a few guys and they loved em. Fruit is so much better than alot of online places I've tried in the past. Good job Mento store. Keep up the good work!!!

My mom got me some strawberry’s dipped in chocolate and some flowers. I was at work and they lasted hours after, looked brand new even though I had them sitting in my trunk for 4 hours. I didn’t expect them to make it, but was very happy they did. It was a nice surprise. Strawberries were delicious, flowers smelled great, and everything was packaged so nicely.

I have placed a number of orders with this specific Edibles Arrangements— they have always been nice and helpful and come through with deliveries even when I’m last minute in placing the order!! Definitely recommend!! Thank you for the always great service!!
